IMMPORTANT!!! ABOUT BATTERY
I like it a lot. Very accurate. BUT, be ware. I couldn't find anything about the batteries although it comes with a USB cable making you think that it is rechargeable straight out the box. Well I took the batteries out, they are not rechargeable. I then plugged in the USB cord and metered the compartment where the battery go and it came to 2.8 Volts DC. That tells me that it would be applying that 2.8 V to the installed batteries. Now if you still have the original batteries in the unit you are now trying to blow up your stuff! As you probably already know you can't recharge unrechargeable batteries. They may blow up! So please please please make sure that you take the original batteries out and put some rechargeable batteries in it before you plug it in, this will save your unit! Also, You cannot run it off the USB power alone. It has to have batteries in the unit to complete the circuit. So make sure that you put rechargeable batteries on your shopping list because when the original ones die you're gonna want to put those in it. I hope this helps somebody and keeps them from destroying their stuff. Have fun Be safe

Accurate & Compact
Even though there were a number of complaints about accuracy, I ordered it anyway because I wanted a small scale and liked the green display. Not sure if there are quality issues, or people are using the scale incorrectly, but it's dead on. I weighed a penny, dime, and quarter and they were all spot on after calibrating the scale. I bought this with the intention of using it to mix e-liquid, and after my testing it looks like it's going to work perfectly! The included tray is a nice addition too, since I would imagine that spills will happen with my use case. Not sure what else to say, it weighs things accurately and has a bright display that's easy to read.

JUNK
My background. I am an Industrial Controls Engineer. I work with scales daily with a resolution of D=0.0001. The industry is fluidized powdered print toner in bottles from 80.0000 grams to 1,985.5000 grams filled in a 50 second window with a ±3.0000 gram range.I know scales and how there are supposed to function.I need a small range, high accuracy scale to measure prescribed medication for one of my cats. I chose this because of all the "great reviews" and the number of them.I call those reviews out as FAKE or "bought". This "scale" is a piece of junk. It does not deserve to be called a "scale"Highly unstableFooting unlevel. Scale subject to weight deflection when anything touches the case. Even storing the weight deflects the weight reading."Fake" calibration. Yes, there is a real calibration process for scales. The "50" gram calibration weight weights 49.79 gramsNo Zero. Tare and Zero ARE NOT THE SAME. Tare is accumulative without a zero first. Zero returns the scale to its zero of the tared weight.Off center weight deflection is too great. 1 to 2 grams per millimeter! It is impossible to have repeatable accuracy. Taking a measure off the scale and setting it back down displays different weight each time. Once removed the scale does not return to zero.If you or someone you know is using this to weigh something in exchange for money; you or someone you know is getting ripped off or swindled.Do not waste your money. If you are the vendor and don't like this review. Tough it out and sell quality not junk

Brings Liquids Down To Scale
I wanted to switch to DIY e-liquids by weight instead of volume, but I didn't want a big scale as I am tight on space. This scale has been a joy to use. Is it accurate? Placing the included weight to calibrate it shows it is. I would need to have it tested at an independent lab to be 99% sure. Will I do that for some homemade e-liquids? Nope. This works well for me. I was concerned about having an auto shut off is another reason I wanted a USB mode, but just using the batteries has not been an issue like I thought it would be. I found the tray to be very valuable piece to have. I try to be careful with the liquids but there will always be a slight spill and having an added layer of protection for the scale works well for me. The lighted numbers are bright and easy to read which is very nice.

useless- until I removed the plastic cover/tray from the scale. Then, accurate.
The scale tray is upside down - For storage.Reverse it and can use for (whatever) and accurate. I didn't know that and #s all over the place. Pretty frustrating until figured it out. Wooda been nice if instructions told me but who reads those anyway.

Bummed this didn’t work
The scale never stayed still. Even making sure no one was touching the counter or table, the numbers never stopped moving. I could not once get an accurate measurement except with the weight they give you to calibrate it and even that was only accurate a couple of times. It would tare to zero and then after about 10 seconds with nothing put on the scale, it would be -5grams and falling or one time 11 grams and climbing. I measured my dogs meds to what looked to be about the amount she normally has per dose and the read was about 3 times what I was pretty sure it was. (They’re vitamins so it’s not a terrible thing for have to have too much or too little). I just wanted accuracy. I gave one star for everything else but 5 stars on the “easy to read” part because it is in fact from a visual standpoint, very easy to read.
