Good to use for a little while, especially for insomnia. Take up to three times a day for 14 days is what I found. Not supposed to be a long-term, every-day supplement. Potential liver harm possible long term?? Think it’s safe for shorter term and helps with cognition and GAD enzyme production, which converts glutamate (excitatory) to GABA (inhibitory) and back again. I think it helped, so I would recommend it.

May cause LIVER DAMAGE & raise cholesterol so do you're research before purchasing. NOW supplements as of the writing of this review (April 2023) doesn't include that in the item description. Gotu Kola is a great supplement, but as I stated PLEASE DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH FIRST.
