This product does not work, it is always on green so its never charging the battery on the controller. Do not waste your money. But works well as a controller holder

Excellent charging dock that literally doesn’t take up the space you’d expect it to. What I found most unexpected is the charge rate, it’s fast. The design fits the aesthetic of my gaming area brilliantly too. Great device, highly recommend 👍🏻

Now, you might be thinking "Wow! These look like a bargain!" and you're right. They do. Problem is, they're not. Defo not worth the money even if it was half the price. The charging dock cuts off charging after 15-20 minutes so you have to keep re-docking to charge them up to anything usable. I've tried direct into the plug and on a lesser charge from the comp. Still won't charge them right. Once you do get some charge in the batteries, you'll get about an hour of play before they decide you've used it all & you have to change controllers. But, you can't because the controller you thought was charging stopped charging 15 minutes after you put them on and the battery is still empty! They don't even fit in the controller properly either. Will go go back to rechargable AA's and will be very grateful for them if this complete trash is the alternative.Buy cheap, expect cheap.

Controllers do not charge when sat on the stand. You need to apply pressure to the controller in order for the charging pins to engage. Even with the battery plugged directly into the charger cable it does not charge.

I bought this charger and battery packs to replace a Venom unit that stopped working. First impression was that it looked like a good unit, however I had a similar problem to another reviewer where the battery packs would not lock in to one of my controllers. Both battery packs would only just click into one controller but they don't seem very secure and a knock would probably cause the battery pack to fall out. Neither battery would initially lock in place in my second controller, but I did eventually manage to fit one in by bending the plastic of the controller battery housing slightly with pliers to give the tab on the battery some purchase on the slot. I believe that the battery packs are built to slightly different tolerances than original battery modules, and they are also slightly different from the Venom battery packs that these replaced which do not have the same issues being locked into place.All in all these are value for money if you can get the battery packs to fit. Time will tell if the charger and battery packs last.

Boyfriend bought this for himself without looking at the reviews, don't bother buying ss they do not charge very well. Had to buy a new charging port from b&M and it workd far more better. Waste of money spent.

Worked fine for a 18 months. Now the controllers started switching off by them selves
