Excellent customer service. I contacted ONSON, via their customer service email about the app problem on the Iphone and Ipad. I wrote my frustration out in my Amazon post thereafter. I don't review a lot. I seriously doubted that anyone would reply. TO MY SURPRISE ONSON responded the next day. I sent screen shots, and a little more back and forth.. They resolved it sorta. Delete and reload the IPhone app. Reload. After entering, if the key board is still up and won't go away, swipe to another app and come back. When I did that - the keyboard disappeared. It works fine on androids (I set it up on an old android phone). "ONSON ... repair your iPhone and iPad app. I cannot register an account because the app does not make the keyboard disappear. Therefore I can’t ‘enter’ my account information. Terrible. Thank goodness the remote control works. Horrible application. One of the worst. I will probably return the vacuum cleaner because the app is so bad."

It cleaned my house even before I understand how to use it.I am really impressed how efficient this robot is. I have a toddler and this vac has helped keep my place clean. I only need to empty the trash container for less than a minute and that's it. It has a mind of its own. You have several options how to use it. For me, I scheduled it to clean every 9 pm and empty the trash in the morning. The pinpoint cleaning is also handy. You put the vac in the center of a mess and press pinpoint from the remote and it will do a circular path to clean that area. Those are the two features I utilized the most, but there are more it can do. Our king size bed is very heavy and I can't remember the last time I vacuumed the floor under it. Well, that's the thing of the past now.What is more impressive is when it's low on battery it finds its way back to the charging dock, always! I picked it up and tried to trick it and put it in the farthest room of the house. If the door in that room is open, it will find its way back to the dock. If you set it to "Max" cleaning power in the remote, it has more than an hour of cleaning time.In the Onson App, it maps the area it is cleaning and you can see which area of the house is yet to be cleaned and the area that's already cleaned. Very nice feature.This is an excellent cleaner.

The suction power is strong enough to pick up large dirt, crumbs, hair, debris on your floors. Super easy to use! Manual is easy to read. Great investment! Love keeping my home clean and this little guy helps me to so that! 10/10! 5 stars!!

I have tried dabbling with robo cleaners couple of times but have been either driven away by cost ( i7 iRobot etc) or lack of suction power ( Shark ) which makes them useless on carpeted floors .This product fitted my sub $300 bracket ( courtesy coupon) and packs 2100 pa suction ticking both the boxes for me .Came in classy packing , was quick and easy to set up on both app as well as remote . Couple of extra brushes and filter is a nice touch .Main purpose of cleaning - the auto mode works well and for my place is able to sweep entire place in a single charge despite being carpeted . The automatic suction adjustments on carpet vs hard floor is very useful . Spot cleaning mode makes it your go to vacuum option . Map feature allows you to see if there were spots left on the cleaning run .All in all a good buy .

It’s also i decent size but doesn’t take up a crazy amount of space like a traditional vacuum. I bought this because closet space is limited. I will need to buy a hand vacuum to clean the couch and draperies. However, this vacuum does sweep under my couch and bed.I was skeptical when I first got it, so i decided to walk behind it lol. It missed a few spots on the first pass but it eventually picked up everything on the 2nd pass.There is a feature to have it concentrate on a particular area but I normally just hit the auto button and let it do it’s thing. If I have time, i will lift up any chairs, mats, and other objects off the ground. It help but you don't have too.It works well on my bedroom which has carpets. Its kinda funny seeing such precise lines from the vacuum. I normally hit the max button to increase suction for good measure.Battery life is pretty good. My apartment is 780 sq ft and it will sweep the whole apartment about 2.5x -3x before it heads back to the charging dock.I only had it for a few months. Curious to see how it holds up a year from now.

After searching for a long time, I finally picked this one!We just received it, my son can’t wait to open it and use it. The operation is very simple. The seller is very considerate and also sent two batteries. I installed it in the remote control and can direct it to work.It works slowly, so that all the places it passes by become clean.Using the remote control to direct it to work has become a compulsory course for my son after school every day！ It will turn on its own when it touches an object. This makes me very happy. When it is low on power, it will automatically charge to the power source. I now learn to use a mobile phone Control it，When I wake up every day, I will use my mobile phone to direct it to work. When I get up and see that the ground is clean, I am happy! I have been using it for almost a month, although it sounds a bit, it is acceptable! ! Overall I am satisfied！

My fiancé wanted me to be old fashioned and use a traditional vacuum *eye roll*, but then he broke up with me, or were on a break or something and decided that would be the perfect reason to buy a robot vacuum. This is 2020, not the 1950s.. people are expected to have a spotless home, run their own company, have travelled the world, and have a doctorate degree or similar by the time their 30.. and be able to figure out how to do this all on their own... oh sorry and also look like a supermodel without being materialistic. It’s not realistic to do everything “how it used to be” anymore. Anyways now that I’ve used this review as a therapy session.. the vacuum is awesome, it’s quiet ( this was my first robot vacuum, and I bought a mop robot after.. the other one clunks along and always gets stuck in comparison ), smart— it rarely gets stuck unless I forget my dogs toys out, but gets back to its charging station no problem and reacts well by not crossing the tape thing it comes with, it does a great job of keeping my floors clean (about 1200 sf apartment ). I run it once/ day (but I’ve been called OCD before.. so you might not need to lol). Combined with my mop it leaves my floors clean and polished looking (see photo).. I even leave out my yoga mat for it to go over. I found the price to be reasonable for around $250 (I think is what I paid).. now if these people could come up with a mop robot and window cleaning robot that’s just as good for around the same price I might actually be able to pull off all the stuff I mentioned above (except I’m 30, but maybe by 40 lol).

I have been trying this vaccine several times in past two days because it’s a super gadget. So far I am been very impressed by the job it does in my house.Pros:1. Build quality2. The cleaning brushes are adequate and they do the job well3. Good suction power on both hardwood and carpet floors4. My carpet is bit bulky but the vacuum had no problem going over and cleaning it5. Schedules: thanks this vacuum I go to bed with a dirty floor and wake up in the morning to clean floor6. Sensors are cool and they protect the robot from falling down or hitting anythingCons:I would have preferred a bigger user manual coz there is lot of functions and I kinda had to figure it out on my own.I would recommend this robot

My dad picked this vacuum robot out because it was thin enough to fit under all the beds in our apartment and because of the great price. We've been using it a few times a week to keep the place clean and it really does make a big difference! It's not very noisy, cleans well, and it's kind of cute, even. My only complaint is that sometimes it gets stuck in a little loop where it keeps vacuuming the same area over and over and runs out of juice before giving a thorough clean to other spaces, but if you run it every once in a while it evens out. Overall - great purchase! It even feels like the air quality in our apartment is better because there's so much less dust and cat fur all over the place.

This one looked good so I have been trying it and am really impressed! It comes with lots of accessories in the box, including extra brushes and filters. The filters look like they are the same as a Roomba, so should be interchangeable. It was easy to put together and there is a on/off switch on the bottom which is good to have.The vacuum is pretty quiet and will automatically return to its base when it needs charging. You can press the button on the top of the vacuum to start it, or use the included remote. The remote will also let you program it so you can start it at a specified time too. The inclusion of an extra brush too means that it will brush items into its path from both directions. For the price and performance I would recommend the vacuum to anyone wanting a no fuss alternative to doing it yourself
