It's tastes okay
For what I paid for it, which at the time was nearer 8 quid I was expecting to be blown away. I just thought it was okay. No where near enough garlic in it for me anyway, and I think its too much of a sweet taste. If you love a lot of garlic this sauce isn't the way to go in my opinion.

Like a watered-down salad cream.
Very disappointing, why is this called "Black Garlic Sauce" when it only has 0.2% Black Garlic in it?There is absolutely no discernible black garlic or umami flavour at all. Given the ingredients list, it should be called "water sauce" because water is top of the list. At best, it has a weak salad cream flavour.

Not at all what I expected
I expected a garlicky savoury sauce with a bit of punch, instead this is like a very sweet mayonnaise . Personally I found it unpleasant with my steak .
