Atkins Day Break Muesli Cereal 325g

After eating low carb for a while, I craved cereal. I tried several brands, but they all had a nasty artificial sweetener aftertaste. I tried making my own, but it wasn't really "cereal". I avoided this one because of the cost, but eventually decided to bite the bullet since Atkins products are usually great. Item arrived in 2 weeks. Within minutes of opening, I had a small bowl, and it COMPLETELY was what I was hoping for. It is a granola type cereal, very filling, no aftertaste. In fact, it tasted so good, I needed to have another bowl as a snack later that night, and then some with yogurt the next morning... You get the picture. Box is small, about the size of a box of Malt o Meal. Serving size is 25grams (that darn metric system), and box has 325 grams. A serving is 7 net carbs per label. I didn't measure how much was in the box until after eating, but I have over 2 cups left. On the web I read a serving is 1/3 cup, but I can't confirm. If you are eating low carb, like granola, crave cereal, and dislike fake sweetener aftertaste, just buy this and splurge. I will buy again, and if they offered a better bulk rate, I would buy 3 or 4 at a time. ( strong hint to seller).

The ingredients were good and the carb level was low but it was just OK. Also, this was too expensive for what you get. Can't say I can recommend this cereal.

Very good. It is a good substitution when doing low carb. A one third cup is a serving and was enough.
