I got this faucet for a ridiculously low price on sale and I honestly didn't expect much, I just wanted to try a waterfall style faucet before committing to the high cost of one of the premium brand faucets. I've had this faucet installed for over a month and I'm so glad I gave it a chance! It looks beautiful and functions flawlessly. It is made with a lot of plastic parts (which is to be expected at this price point) but everything is durable enough for a secure installation. My old Pfister faucet was a nightmare to keep clean with our hard water. This faucet is a dream to keep clean. Minimal seams, smooth curves and a finish that definitely resists fingerprints and hard water stains. I'm seriously blown away and highly recommend giving this one a shot.

Looks pretty nice, works well, a bit difficult to install because is 3/8 and the other pieces are 1/2

I ordered this same product about 15 months ago and it came with a soap dispenser too but the second one I just got did not and now I have a bathroom sink without matching faucet and soap dispenser. I couldn’t find a place to contact support on here for help on getting one so leaving a review.

Good pressure, easy to install and use

Don't buy this Soka brand faucet. While the finish looks nice, it requires constant wiping to maintain appearance. After just a few months, water flow reduced to a trickle despite high water pressure in the bathroom. When I tried to use the lifetime warranty, the phone number was disconnected. Amazon customer service provided 2 additional contact numbers, but I had no success. I also emailed Huayi Faucet in China directly - no reply. Amazon kindly provided a refund, but now I need to find a different brand. Poor quality and zero customer support.

The media could not be loaded. Our old faucet was so close to the mirror & had two handles and was IMPOSSIBLE to clean behind so I was searching for a replacement and found this while it had a coupon even though the shipping was pretty long. I didn’t need it ASAP so it was okay. I’ve never changed out a faucet before and the instructions definitely weren’t detailed enough for me to feel comfortable so I pulled up a YouTube video and got it done in about an hour! (Not including the time to take out and put back everything from under the sink ahah). It was super easy to install and I liked that the connectors were red and blue so I knew which one went where. You can also omit the base plate but my sink had 3 holes previously so I needed it. Also the yellowing is from my previous faucet. But this faucet is super easy to clean around and any water spots easily wipe off with a dry washcloth so it’s super easy to keep clean as well!
