It makes a difference if the manufacturers have the right amounts of each of the B complexvitamins as the body only can use them as a group, and if you have a high amountof one, and a way low amount of another ....it doesnt help... as the body needs themin the correct grouping to be utilized as a whole and the low one shorts them all out.There is a super excellent book byAdelle Davis -one of the first nutritionists that understood the B vitamin correct mixturecalled Lets Eat Right to Keep Fit. If you are interested in your health it is very worthwhilereading!This particular B Vitamin mix is the only one Ive seen so far from this company that hasit very close to right. Some of the othrs dont.

I tend to have anxiety that is occasionally overwhelming. I was attending college when I came across these and figured that even if they didn't work, it was still worth a try for me.Personally, I love the glass bottle. I know it might be weird, but it's just fun.The pills are a little difficult to choke down. Literally. I've always had a little difficulty swallowing pills, and these dissolve a little once they hit moisture and it is certainly not a pleasant taste. I prefer to prep myself with a couple gulps of water, then hold additional water in my mouth, toss in the pill and swallow it down as quickly as possible. That is then followed by yet another gulp of water.I am not sure how much these helped my stress, as I was taking other vitamins and was practicing keeping myself calm, but I didn't notice any negative effects. I did notice positives whilst taking this HOWEVER, as I stated, I was doing several other things that likely contributed.I'm currently on a break from school and have stopped taking these daily, so I still have several left. I do take them occasionally just to give myself a little extra boost, after making a disgusted face at the aftertaste that is.Shipping I believe was timely, bottle was in perfect condition.One thing I do notice after taking these is that it will turn your urine (pee, urine, whatever you prefer) a yellow or gold color. I tend to try to keep myself hydrated, thus the color is quite noticeable. If you're new to this product, just a heads-up that it's not something to be scared over. Well, a little bit, but it won't hurt you.
