Very good lightweight bench
I was able to carry this box on my own into the basement to setup. Pretty handy because it sucks taking stuff down in pieces like I did with my last bench. It fits together well, and the instructions are straightforward pictorials. I've used it for a few workouts and it is pretty adjustable, and the rubber band hooks are a nice addition.I did make an upgrade to mine. I didn't like the quick disassembly pins, so I used 3/8" x 2.5" bolts and locknuts to secure the bench permanently. They're slightly short, 3" would be better, but I didn't want anything to stick out, and the locknuts hold tight. It's a great home use bench for an incline and flat bench press. The knee swing section is removable if it's in your way.I'd like to see this vendor sell bench press supports as an addon for this bench. It would be a great combination.

Flimsy
I needed another bench and also wanted a preacher curl so... after looking at every model on earth, I thought I'd give this one a shot. 114 bucks for the combination I was looking for (with free returns) was very attractive. I just got it today and put it together. It goes together easily and is mostly assembled. However... the bench shown is NOTHING like the actual bench. I'm short. Only 4' 11" so for me, the smallness of this is okay. But it is super flimsy. No one who is of normal US height will look at this as a serious piece of equipment. And because it's so flimsy, and small, even I won't be able to lift heavy with this. It was packaged okay but there was a hole in the padding when I opened the box. I don't care about that. I'll just tape over the hole, but for anyone looking for a good piece of equipment, this isn't it.

Not right for me but could be for you
Honestly, I have yet to use this because it feels so flimsy. This would be good for a petite woman or tiny man. I'm 180 lbs and would be very nervous to try to lift any kind of significant weight on this. I did sit/lay on the bench to test it and it did support my body weight.

Does the Job
Overall not a bad bench for the money, my only complaint is the backrest is a little short so my head does not touch the the backrest when you are in the sitting position. Once you recline the backrest and slide forward a bit my head reacts the backrest. I would recommend this bench as a good inexpensive option.

Borderline Value
Instructions WERE NOT really clear and not the people in the ads must be tiny because the apparatus is fairly small for your average person, but if your looking for an economical solution, you can make it work

Overall good value
Overall good value for what you pay. A little concerned with some wiggle in the connections but nothing that is a red flag

You get what you pay for.
Very wobbly. The fabric is very loosely put on. It is very wrinkly. Also very narrow.

Great foldable bench.
This bench is everything I need for a complete workout. When done I fold it up and place it under the bed.
