We bought this for our mobile router that we use in the caravan. It arrived quickly and was very easy to set up (unlike the EE SIM card that we'd originally planned to use from another provider!). We had a question so I emailed the supplier in the evening and the next day I received a phone call and my question was answered straight away - excellent customer service. When we got to the caravan site, which was fairly rural, the signal strength was better than the on site wifi and we were able to use multiple devices to stream, email, access websites etc. One very happy teenager and two relaxed parents!! Would definitely recommend and will be buying again.

This was brilliant. Setting it up was really easy. I spoke to a delightful man on the phone and he worked me through. He then sent a couple of emails that highlighted the steps required. The data has been as promised - really fast. My kids and I were tired of the wifi where we were staying for a break in the UK as they were quite slow and dropped too often. This one was like a breath of fresh air. My boys who had been waiting for ages for their Fifa 2021 to download were pleasantly surprised to see it download quickly. The stability of the network has been a relief too. Will stay with O2 for data after this.

Bought this SIm to use with a TP-Link device so I had wifi on a holiday. Had a wifi signal from the TP-Link device but none of my devices could connect to O2. Could not contact O2 without wifi so had no wifi during trip. So I wasted my money. I will try the TP-link with a different sim from another provider. The O2 SIM did not work

We planned a week away in Cornwall and hadn't considered there wouldn't be a solid broadband connection available. Our mobile provider didn't have good (any!) coverage in the area so we needed a solution. O2 apparently had good coverage so we opted for this SIM + Huawei E5576-320 mobile internet device. They arrived quickly and I'm pleased to say did the trick perfectly. Very easy to activate the SIM and good communication from the provider. Will be using again. Thanks!

I can highly recommend this service. Received my sim card the following day. Had a problem as it would not connect. Contacted Ritchie within an hour he was on the phone helping me to connect. What a wonderful service. Will use again when needed. Thank you.

When it had an internet connection it was great, however at least in Romania very limited network options and super spotty service.

Bought this fir a holiday home with no WiFi. My Mifi system that I bought to go with it was quite hard to set up, but I thought it was the SIM. I emailed Sim customer support and the helped me sort out the Mifi even though their product worked faultlessly. Highly recommend these guys.

Leider konnte ich die Karte nicht benutzen, da es nicht aktiviert werden konnte. Muss es leider wieder zurück schicken. Beschreibung zu ungenau, keine Pin fürs Aktivierung erhalten, deshalb nicht nutzbar gewesen.
