All around Steam mop
Love this steam mop. I use it for everything, I do my tile floors, bathroom floors with the normal attachments, I do my bathroom mirrors and my sliding glass door with the attached squeegee, I use the portable version to do my glass stove top to get all the stuff to soften and get off easier, and also in my microwave. Greatest $100 i spent on a cleaning product

Seems to work great!
I've had this steam cleaner for a month or 2. First one I've ever bought, and I really like it! I have 3 dogs and many wet paw prints all over the floor on a regular basis, and I have alot of hardwood/vinyl flooring in the house. This cleaner is super fast to fill with water, plug in, and start cleaning. I like how the floor looks when I'm finished - no dog paw prints, no streaks. The best part is how clean it feels while you are steaming the floor - really feels like I'm sterilizing it...and doesn't damage the floor. I also used it for a few carpet stains and they are gone! I've used the handheld a few times and it's nice, but my favorite is the performance when I use on the floors! I'm glad I purchased this item! I also ordered extra pads on Amazon.

Definitely cleans.....Has Pros and Cons
I researched several steam mops in my search. I decided on this Hoover because 1) trusted brand; 2) it was an all-in-one machine that cleans floors and also turns into a detachable handheld to clean ovens, stoves, counters, bathrooms, just about anything. I wanted a handheld also, so this Hoover having both seemed perfect. It DOES do a great job deep cleaning. It even got old rust off my marble bathroom vanity. Some reviews say it doesn't clean tile grout. Well....it does actually, but only when using the hard brush attachment with the handheld unit. My floors looked beautiful after I used the steam mop feature, and it was so much easier than having to use an actual mop and bucket.Pros:- Deep cleans great- Makes tile and wood floors gleam- Very convenient 10 in 1 cleaning machine- Price is very reasonable for all it does- Good assortment of attachments- As a steam mop, very lightweight to pushCons:- As a handheld, heavy to hold for long periods- Must use caution to avoid scalding yourself with the handheld unit as the steam doesn't just cut off immediately- Placement of cord is rather strange... it comes up the front from the bottom of the detachable handheld piece and you have to grab and hold it when steam mopping- steam pressure on mop function is good but not as great using the handheld unit; I wish it put out more steam power to allow quicker cleaningAll in all, it accomplishes what I got it for and I feel it was money well spent. I am definitely keeping it and will use the heck out of it. I gave 4 🌟 instead of 5, only due the above listed cons. I do like it, especially as a steam mop!

Utter garbage
I had a shark for well over a decade, great steamer, but, it finally died. Thought I'd give this one a try since hoover has been around for what seems like forever. Bad choice, this thing is JUNK, I've used it less than a handful of times and there's problems already. The trigger on handle stopped depressing the trigger on the body, so no steam, had to rig a twist tie around the body trigger to get it to work, okay, fine, then as I went to unplug it after using it last week, I noticed that the little plastic panel on the back of the body was kind of pushed out, no matter how I tried, it would not click back into place and stay there, so, I put a piece of duct tape over it, okay fine. As I plugged it in to use today, I'm notice steam coming out of the back of the body, not at all where it's supposed to be coming from, so, I unplugged it, removed the duct tape and the cover that was stuck to said tape and I look inside, there are 2 hoses, I gently move them to make sure they are still attached, well guess what, 1 was not, hence the steam coming out of the back The hole is to small to get any kind of anything in there to see where the hose belongs, i realize now that the hose must have come off last time, steamed and warped the plastic cover, which is why it wouldn't stay on, imagine that. Oh and by the by, there are no serviceable parts on this POS, and I'm past the retun window,so, I'm going to have to MacGyver it if I can, wish me luck, and PLEASE spare yourself this same fate.

It’s just OK.
I had a couple of smaller/lighter models previously that I did like, especially the first one I got which I can’t remember the name of, but I return them because they were the missing pieces or didn’t work. This one’s a little bit heavier than I hoped for. I don’t care for the two separate water containers, would prefer one large one. This makes plenty of steam, leaves my floors wet even if I turn it down. I don’t care for the handheld part of it because it’s kind of hard to get it around things with it like my sink faucets and toilet. But I didn’t send this one back because I am embarrassed that I keep returning things and afraid Amazon would cut me off! Lol… I really don’t think they would but I’ve returned to many and in order to do so I have to take them to Kohl’s , and being disabled it’s not easy to carry something like this to the back of the store.UPDATE: I bought the steam mop in March 2022, I’ve only used it about 10 times in my little apartment, mainly on the kitchen and bathroom tile floors which are very small and around my sink areas. So that’s not a lot of use, and today when I went to use it the water is leaking out of it on the handheld unit itself right below the filter looking thingy. So far I haven’t seen where there is the warranty on this but I’m searching. Hope they will make good on this since it’s only been used less than a dozen times in my tiny apartment in 8 months!
