I have fine hair and this is my favorite shampoo and conditioner. I have tried several different brands with argon oil, and this is one is my favorite. It softens your hair without making it feel weighted down. Our water is fairly harsh with chemicals, and this brand works the best with it.

I have long hair that I color and chi shampoo keeps it very healthy and shiny. I’ve used other products in the past and I’ve found that they dry my hair out

I have this stuff on auto buy. This is by far my favorite shampoo and conditioner. I'm one of those that may have colored/bleached my hair a little too much in my life and since using this brand I have noticed a significant difference in my hairs strength and softness. Love it!

Have used all three products and I use a lot of the oil it really helps my hair shine and it does not make my hair look oily.

I was happy with fast shipping but not very happy how the product arrived spilling out of the bottles when it arrived or like to know for a fact this wasn't a used product no way to tell.
