Works Great!!!
Me and my friend have 2 10 foot fishing kayaks and a Honda HRV "crossover suv" to transport them. This rack works out great for it! It was pretty easy to install, pretty sturdy and stable, though I would still recommend using it to keep the kayaks in place and strapping them to the actual crossbars of your car.DO NOT TRUST THE STRAPS!It's nice that it comes with straps, but they are not good enough quality to trust strapping down your expensive kayaks with them. I would recommend buying a set of better quality straps before risking damaging your expensive kayaks, that being said I didn't buy this for the straps..I absolutely love the ability to fold down the rack when I'm done using it, cause I don't have the time to always take the rack off after each trip. I haven't had it long enough to tell how it lasts out side in the weather, but would probably still recommend taking it off if your not going to be using it for a long time (like the winter). All and all its a good product and I'm very happy with my purchase. :)

Took a little muscle, but they are sturdy
I bought a pair of two sets. They aren't difficult as far as reading the instructions, it just took a lot of muscle to tighten them on my luggage bars on my RAV4. I am leaving them on all summer because they are just too difficult to take on and off. But they are very sturdy. We liked how our kayaks stayed put and down tight when using them.

Kayak Craddle for Roof Rack
The is a great candle. Love that it came with two very long straps and two holders for the front and back of the car. The price was a great price point. It also came with extra long rope for the front and back. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is installing it was a PIA. Meaning you have to tighten with your fingers twelve nuts, four on each cross bar. The nuts are very tight and you don’t have a lot of space under the cross bar. I took off the cross bars and installed the cradles and then put it on the roof rack. Believe me it was still a PIA and took forever. Mind you no tool can help with this nut.

DRSPORTS Universal Saddle Rack Got Me Back Out Kyaking in 2022
Bought a new Toyota in October 2021 that had recessed rails. I had been using my Thule racks with either my Hullavator or Thule Dock Glides on my 2016 RAV4. Thule reported back that they hadn't come up with a roof rack fitment for my Venza yet. So I bit the bullet and purchased a Toyota roof rack. I looked on Amazon and saw that the DRSPORT Heavy Duty Universal Saddle Racks had received good reviews and were very reasonably priced. I purchased, assembled and installed the units. I have been very pleased with the quality of the saddle racks and the ease of use. I have used this system over the last 4 months in the Adirondacks, Hudson River and a couple of Hudson Valley creeks. Overall I have been very pleased with the quality.

Ignore reviews this is the best easiest durable sat with so many straps and helpful things
Ignore reviews this is the best easiest durable set with so many straps and helpful things.I am a 38-year-old single mom and I have this installed in 30 minutes I seen so many complaints about they had to cut those that didn’t fit the straps or two whatever well then you’re doing something wrong because this was so very easy if you have even a little bit of commonsense about installing anything I’m no mechanic or hardware specialist I just followed the directions and it was quite simple they lasted all your beautifully did not tear any of the padding which is what I was worried about the teeth held together very very well and do not slip at all they are extremely durable very adjustable I am very Happy with them I actually just took them up for winter and it took me under 15 minutes to takeoff for five and I had to climb up in the rain and my armrest. The best part is the straps and the gear and all that stuff that came with it for your kayaks to be strapped in like this is everything you need you’re ready to go everyone says all the straps don’t fit then you’re doing something wrong my seven-year-old climbs up there and helps me strap them in and me and him do from start to finish to finish together and I have an 8 foot tall van just use a little step ladder to get those kayaks up in that rack

Good set, bad design for assembly
I got the 4-pc "Bigfoot" style which is the version that works for mounting a canoe. I saw Jeremy's review saying it doesn't fit well on the 2.5" flat bars. That's what I've got on my Pacifica minivan. I appreciated his photos and review but wasn't that concerned about the fit and after installing them, I think it's fine in that regard. The main point of the bottom bracket is to anchor the holder onto the bar. The weight is going to get transferred through the top which is flatter anyway. With the pads, I'm not worried it will scratch the bars. Now, having installed these, I am REALLY not a fan of how they go together. You have to thread the included thumb screws from the bottom (where by the way, your car is) about 1.5" onto the 3" bolts to get it to tighten. The thumb screws are plastic, with nyloc nuts heat staked into them, and most of them are not set straight... meaning the thumb screw looks like it's crossthreaded, and while you're tightening it (with your wrist at a bad angle, applying a lot of torque to thread through the nylon part), the contact surface is not flat on the bottom bracket and this makes it even harder to get tight. Getting them screwed on was a real pain. It should have socket bolts instead of hex-head bolts; preferably with a captured nut on the bottom, so you can tighten from above with a tool. I used a drill with a socket attachment from above for the first part but for the last part of tightening the hex head is captured in the body of the mount. The mounts themselves are reasonably well designed and sturdy, but for the price I think they could have done better with the assembly design.Note that these don't fold down, the "L" shaped mounts are solid.

Great Kayak Carriers
I loved that they actual arrived. When they notified me that they would be late. I was worried that eventually they would give me that message that says would you like a refund.

Alles gut
Hat beim Zusammenbau gleich gepaßt. Verarbeitung war gut. Leider fehlt bei diesem Preis auch noch eine 6 mm Mutter.
