The media could not be loaded.  This works as described. I’ve used daily for about 3 months and it still puts out good mist. Our main purpose—add humidity to the air in the room in winter and also for easier breathing with eucalyptus and other similar oils.It’s stable, it holds a lot of water so you are not adding water as frequently and it’s easy to add by lifting the top off. The timer can be set for 1, 3 and 6 hrs or you can leave it on. It will turn off when water is low. Leaving it on I get about 6 hrs or so before it turns off. It’s quiet. The ring and buttons light up and change colors. Leave on one, have it morph different colors or no light.They recommend regular water because minerals are needed to create the mist. They also recommend water soluble essential oils which is a bit of an oxymoron because oil doesn’t really dissolve in water. I have used both regular essential oils and water soluble. Water soluble is also available on amazon. Mist will decrease a little as oil builds up. The clean up seems less with the water soluble and cleanup is easy.There is very little difference , if any, between High and Low for the mist on my unit. The beeping you hear in the video is changing back and forth from High to Low.One thing to keep in mind with any diffuser—it will deposit on the surface on which it stands. You might not notice as soon with the finer mist one like this, but there are deposits on the surface, both from the oils and minerals in the water, so take care where you place it and protect the surface under and around the unit. If on granite, tile, Formica etc., clean it up frequently as you will see a dulling and buildup otherwise.Compared to many on the market this seems like quite a value so far.

This item looks nice and similar to a different brand I bought but this was $5 less. However, I am unhappy because neither the remote or the button on the diffuser will change the amount of mist that is put out. Instead, there is only one option and it is a strong one, not intermittent. I like the option to do a less extreme mist. I bought two of these in different colors and now have to return both! :( By the way, it did not come with triple-A batteries as a warning!

I bought two of these and neither mister function works. Instead, the unit for both blows out strong vapor which may be good for certain purposes; but I also need the option to do it intermittently or with less vapor. I wish this had been better advertised. I bought a 3rd one on the same order from a different brand which was $5 more and that one works much better and is quieter.

The remote didn’t work half the time (used brand new batteries [not included]). It was a little louder than other diffusers I’ve had. The amount of mist produced did not differ much between the 2 mist settings. Returned it and bought another brand.

I bought the item to put a fresh scent in my area...when you first turn it on you can smell it but as time goes past it doesn't smell anymore

I like it because it doesn't need battery's and one more great thing about it it turns off when water is empty its amazing not to worry just turn it on and enjoy it

I love my diffuser! Nice & sleek appearance, gets the job done. The scents are amazing. The timed setting is all that! I have purchased several gifting to family & friends. They love it too!

It's super quiet. I even forget it's running sometimes. Holds a lot of water. I run about 3 hours each day and last over a week.
