I liked almost everything about this flat iron until it stopped working 2 months after I bought it. I take care of my products and store them well. The on/off button is located horribly where it is easy to turn off the iron multiple times while in use and not notice because is right on top of the handle. After 2 months, it stopped working properly and will only turn on sometimes and won't stay on. I have passed my return window and sorry to eat the cost.

I loved this except the cord had a bad contact and shorted out constantly. I had to return. My hair looked great when I tried it! I had to keep holding onto the cord and turning it back on, but after an hour I was able to get a great smooth shine from my fine course hair.

This is a great product! The temperature adjustments work great! Digital read-out, so no guesswork. Heats quickly and runs smoothly through my hair.
