Rustic Decor 10 Sheets 8x10 .040 PETG, Clear Styrene/Plexiglass

I rarely post reviews, so when I find something I really, really like, I say my piece. These clear sheets are perfect for the purpose I had in mind.I work for a small private college, and create and maintain training guides for our students, faculty and staff. We have a literature rack with printed copies of guides, and I hate that the guides would flop over in the rack - hard to read titles that way, you know?I was searching for a neat, effective and cost effective way to make those darn guides stand up straight, and ran across these styrene/plexiglass sheets: 8 x 10, clear, thin but just thick enough to be sturdy. Voila! They are perfect for our "make those pages stand up straight in the rack!" needs.2 pics attached, one showing floppy guide (top left pocket) and one showing guide standing up with help of acrylic sheet (acrylic sheets are also in place on two pockets on bottom row)

These work great for laser cutting. The only issue is that they're too thin to be used in a light-base. Once inserted they just lay back instead of sitting upright.

We use these constantly for an exhibit we have. They keep the wind from blowing open the brochures. It's hard to know how heavy .040 is so we weren't really sure what to expect. It's a little heavier than a piece of cardboard, but just a bit thinner. These make our exhibit look a lot more professional. I'm not sure that there is any help for it, but they do scratch a bit easier than I'd like.

Beware, the plexiglass is covered in blue plastic which you need to peel off! I thought they were blue and returned my first set! No where in the description does it say they arrive this way. I was so confused 🤷‍♀️A very nice customer service rep helped me and they are perfect. We will be using these to hold our cyanotypes flat and prevent any wind from blowing items off of our trays while the sun works her magic through the clear plexiglass!

Made a writing practice page for grandbaby to write her name or letters. Added vinyl on the back side and dry erase markers work great on the front for her to trace the letters or write

These were exactly what I needed, though not this many. I figured at this price, may as well get this quantity in case any arrive broken or scratched.Thankfully, all were intact upon arrival though the shipping packaging sure didn't play any part in that. They're just tossed in a plastic bag and shipped -- I'm shocked none were damaged.After peeling off the plastic on both sides of each sheet, these were crystal clear, no haze at all. Exactly what I needed.

I purchased these to store my acrylic cling stamps on. I LOVE them! The stamps stay put and I can see them from the other side. I have them lined up lengthwise in a plastic bucket. I flip through like flipping through a Rolodex. The corners were sharp so I rounded them with pair of craft scissors. The thickness is good, flexible without being flimsy. I wonder if holes can be punched to store the sheets in a binder? I will need to order more as my collection grows.

Received a large envelope in the mail that looks like it may have been folded. The package didn't say "do not bend". The sheets were badly warped but i was able to flatten them within the picture frame I used. 2 of the sheets had bend marks on them (I didn't use these sheets as i only needed 8). 1 of the sheets had a scratch mark on it. All 10 sheets had plastic wrap over them to prevent them from getting scratch -- all of the plastic wraps were severely scratched but only 1 sheet had a scratch mark on it.I gave it 3 stars because 7 of them were good enough to use (the picture frame helped flatten them). I guess you get what you pay for.
