Q: Where do I get the replacement filters to fit this??

There is no filter in it except for a piece of sponge and on the bottom you can pop it open and place new charcoal in it.

Q: is there a replacement impellar available? mine is rattling noisy despite frequent cleanings

Mine made noise too and I opened the motor and cleaned the little propeller (is that the impellar?) As soon as I cleaned everything well the noise stopped. It that doesn't work, I would just buy a new filter. They are not that much. If you want to buy a new filter, there are cheaper ones out there but they either didn't fit or were cheap and broke. By the same Hygger as you have.

Q: Is it fully submersible?

Yes it is but I keep the spray bar just slightly above the water
