Very rude manager
The product we received was faulty. My father has bought and used this product before. The one we received this time the gears didn’t work properly. I started a return planning to order another. The “manager” got back to me quickly and kept asking for more pictures then continued to tell me we weren’t installing it right. Even though he has installed them multiple times before in his rentals. She then went ahead and hung up on me after I asked to talk to a manager wanting to return without paying for return shipping on a faulty product. She explained that she was the manager. When I called back she wouldn’t talk to me. The secretary was very kind and was able to get me a full refund. In the end I guess it turned out ok but we will have to find a new vendor for all the windows that will be replaced.
