Interesting culinary item, versatile and easy to digest. Truffles are different from mushrooms. Truffles grow by trees while mushrooms grow where there is rott. Thanks!!

Delish
Put a teaspoon full into your pasta sauce, adds a really nice taste.Only drawback is, its use by date is only 28 days from opening the jar.I shared it with my neighbour.

Not enough actual truffle!
I'm still looking for "recipe truffle". Lots of vendors claim "truffle flavour", but have maybe 2% truffle, and 98% "other stuff" that ruins the flavour of what you're cooking.
