the manufacturer did not stand behind their product. The fireplace front was out of square and I could not force back into shape, it had been welded in the corners. It was out of square almost 3/4". The firebox would not go into my mantels square opening. Sent pics with levels on the top and side and with a square on it to show the gap. The dealer I purchased it thru went back and forth with the manufacturer with no luck. However the dealer was kind enough to refund my money, which I hadn't asked for.
