I did a number of practices recommended in this book and uncovered a huge amount of information on recurring themes in past and present lives that I have since been able to let go off. Another really useful set of techniques for the self healing warriors armoury!

I loved this book, it has given me the knowledge and tools to access my records and the ability to help others too at some stage.

I like this book. I love the topic of Akashic Records so I got many information from that book.

You have to have an open mind when reading this book but whilst you are reading you tend to think it's possible it can be true why not but even if you don't believe there are records in the spirit world the meditation is excellent it's definitely worth a read.

High level of info in here. Not for an early learner. More advanced than I was expecting

So I haven't really heard of the Akashic records but it does seem to make sense if you're spiritual and have an open mind. I love the simplicity and the prayers are beautiful if nothing else comes from it....I hope it takes away my fears from unknown origins and also allows me to move forward free from anxiety and worry of past trauma and stress.Great for guidance and help within yourself well done

It's a very short and basic introduction. Quick read.I'd recommend who has no idea about the topic. Good references at the end.

Great information received from book

I appreciated that Mari Silva gave historic context to the Records and simple practices to access them. She is persuasive that anyone can access them through prayer/meditation, focus, and intention. I found her methods to be VERY effective and received information and insights not available through other practices. I was also able to release energies and influences that did not belong to me! Highly recommend!

Love how easy it was to read this book and how clear and efficient it was. Mari Silva is a great author and I will start looking for more book's from her.

Structured well with a history and introduction into the Akashic records without feeling overwhelmed. Providing practical advice and assistance with how the records will help one’s life. Beautiful and insightful read, highly recommend
