National Concepts 21 Piece Open When Letter Box Gift Set

Bought this for my boyfriend for our first Christmas together. It was a perfect gift and I still occasionally give him some. He loves reading them.

I bought this for my elderly mother so she could compile thoughts that she might want to share with her great-grandchildren and future generations after she has passed on.

Great for my long distant relationship. My only complaint is that the envelopes don't seal. And there are no stickers to keep them shut. I just used tape, which worked fine.

Save your money and create your own box. I like the idea, but few issues-the envelopes don't seal, they're too small to contain the letters provided unless you fold them to nothing, and the envelopes received barely opened because they were so poorly made. You can achieve the same idea, but more nicely, if you just do it yourself.

Very good product. The tin was surprisingly bigger than I thought it would be, which was nice. Well worth the costs.

Very cute concept!

The concept is truly amazing, however I was disappointed with the quality. Like other reviews, I feel I could have made something much better. The note paper was standard, as expected, but the envelopes were cheap and made of standard/regular paper (not what I had hoped for - something more durable/mail worthy). The tin is probably the best part about this, however as you'll see in the picture once the envelope is inserted there is about 5.5-6 inches of space remaining. Overall I do not feel that the entire tin is worth taking up space in someone's bag (if travelling) - and the envelopes would get crinkled if placed in a bag alone. My final issue was that I somehow received 11 envelopes and only 9 notes, which I guess is just a quality control issue and hopefully does not happen to everyone else! This is maybe a $10 product in my opinion, not $25.

I purchased this for my best friend, and it is a wonderful gift! The product came in very nice packaging great for wrapping. The tin itself has a gorgeous design and includes several ideas to use for the envelopes. It is also very secure--perfect for traveling over long distances. No crazy bumps or thumps could damage it. Included with the box were several custom-designed envelopes and writing paper. The envelopes had no glue, which I enjoyed, as it allows for easy opening and closing. The idea behind the tin is also very cute and perfect for a sentimental gift for any friend or family member--it almost brought my best friend to tears!
