Great Chainsaw
This machine is just great, It is easy to assemble, and easy to use, it's high rpm allows for great cutting speed, it is a perfect size as its not too big and bulky, overall I would say this is a great gift and worth the money.

Battery will not charge
Chain saw worked fine when I got it but after using it 3 times one of the battery's will not charge any more. You would think for this money they would be ok for a bit longer. Chain saw is still like new hardly used it and I’m disappointed .

Powerful
I chose this chainsaw with some trepidation. Wanting something more convinient to use than my noisy petrol chainsaw, I researched affordable battery chainsaws and found that they generally had small batterys, with videos showing them to lack power.I then saw this model came with two 5mah batterys and was 36v over usual 18v.I'd never heard of the brand and there were some negative reviews regarding battery charging.However, it's proved a bit of a beast. It's cut up a large fallen tree and still had ample power to chop the lengths into logs. It's lightweight and a lot quieter than my old petrol saw. I did try to run the batteries down but ran out of logs before I ran out of power.Very pleased with it so far

Battery
Like so many others, battery is the let down on this product. This is a replacement of the same chainsaw for the same reason being that the battery charger or batteries are not charging, rendering it useless again . Replaced once by Amazon but used about 3 times max in 2 years. Manufacturers just point you back to the seller!

awesome bit of kit
This is a quality chainsaw. It works really well. Just make sure you tension the chain enough or it comes loose easily. Would recommend to anyone.

Battery won't charge..seems to be a trend
Same old story...used to cut down a cherry tree, then tried charging the battery again for another tree trim and one of the battery won't charge!.replacement is £86 cheapes, so will probably end up in the bin, so the supplier wins again.

The batteries died within the first three charges
It worked great, until the batteries decided they dint want to be charged after the third use. If Murray sends new batts, then I will be back to praise them. Until then.......
