Amazing books
I absolutely loved this book set! Some of the books were quite big and a bit daunting if you’re not used to reading a lot but they were so easy to read that you didn’t really notice!

Amazing Series so far!
Book Review for Book OneA Court of Thorns and Roses is the first book in Sarah J Maas bestselling series of the same name.I felt like that the story was very much a classic fairytale meets modern Buffy the Vampire Slayer and I loved the Beauty and the Beast aspect retelling because it is one of my favourite Disney films. The sexual tension was sizzling from the start and the steamy scenes were pretty hot 🥵 As much as I loved Lucien and Tamlin, I am definitely Team Rhysand!Even though I absolutely loved this book and cannot fault it at all, I would have loved to have had some chapters in Lucien, Tamlin or Rhysand perspective just to mix up the narrative. If you haven’t read this book/ series yet, I definitely recommend it! I do not read a lot of Fantasy Books, but I cannot believe I have waited all this time to jump on the ACOTAR bandwagon! This book has 100% made me want to read more from this genre and I will be getting onto the next book of this series as soon as possible.

Great series!
Honestly, there are mixed reviews about this book series, and I can see why.The first two books are intriguing and really hook you into the story, and are retellings of Beauty and the Beast and Hades and Persephone respectively. With well developed characters like Feyre and Rhysand, the plot is quite engaging and dynamic, and you’ll definitely root for the characters. However, the third book is where it begins to drag slightly, as the huge conflict of the series is more a description than actual action. Nonetheless, it saves itself with the insane amount of plot twists. The fourth book is basically just a prolonged epilogue, but a welcomed one: at this point, you’ll want a good ending for the characters and the fourth book provides closure.Overall, it’s a pretty good book series and it’s quite well-written, with plenty of well-developed characters and a dedicated fanbase.

It's wonderful.
Wonderful storytelling. I enjoyed ACOTAR just as much as the Throne of Glass series. I read the entire set in a week, I literally lived with these characters and loved them all. No spoilers - all I'll say is that for me the first three of these books had everything I want in a fantasy. Sarah Maas writes such great dialogue, utterly believable relationships with banter, lots of sexual innuendo, excellent character development, there is just a really good flow to the story and I'll definitely re-read this set at some point. Some negatives; the fourth book is a big let down and the covers of the paperback box set are really not nice, they look more like crime novels than fantasy. But overall it's a great read.

1 - 3 are page turners!
Loved Acotar, Must & Fury, and Wings & Ruin. Frost & Starlight was ok... not very gripping but I'm assuming sets the scenes for Silver Flames. Definitely a must read series for any fae lover!

Worth the hype
This set of books was well worth the hype. I came across many people on ‘bookstagram’ praising and getting so into these books I just had to see if they were as good as so many people said.I can say without a doubt this was a great fantasy set (this collection doesn’t include book 5). I was sucked into this world of fae so quickly and I found each book so hard to put down. Safe to say I am a big Rhys fan 😂Without giving away too much I will say this is well worth the time and that you shouldn’t be put off by how big a couple of the books are.I have quickly become a fan of the author and cannot wait to read the next book.

Have no words to describe how much I love this series, I don’t think I will ever find anything to top it 😭 so much easier having them all in one and I cannot wait for silver flames!
