I have broken so many spindles and bent many blades over the years. I've ordered this same product a couple times.The problem is with the operator, not the product. I have partially forested land and always finding another low stump.That reminds me. I should purchase a spare for the next time. lol

These spindles look like very good quality but I've just installed them so we will see how they hold up. Since my property is a bit on the wild side, I'm often "mowing" either rocks or dirt instead of grass, so spindles have always been a problem no matter what brand of mower I have. I like that these spindles have a grease fitting, since the originals did not and both of them were completely dry. I will likely grease both of these every time I mow. Hopefully this will help them last a bit longer. Now if I could avoid all the rocks!

These have lasted for me. I would give them a five but they needed more grease to begin with. I pumped them full and cutting away for a second year. Maybe mine were light on grease and not usual so can’t go with a 5 star as I’m not sure they’d be lasting without the addition grease I added. Check them before use. Other than that they fit perfect, spin well, and were quality metal like my originals.

Product received in a damaged box with a loose part. Took pictures in case there would be issues. Found the loose screw and all was good.

The Spindles never cracked or broke even when the blades hit roots or rocks or anything hard enough to bend the blades. However the bolts holding the blades stripped inside the spindles making the spindles unusable. They lasted two seasons. So in conclusion the spindle body is durable, threads not so much.

Everything bolted up and works perfect on my Husqvarna LGT2554.

I broke a bolt on one of the originals when I wanted to grease the bearings. (by the way...I took the inner seal off the bearings (upper and lower) so the grease would make contact with the bearings). Otherwise the grease will never get onto the actual bearings!When I opened the assembly I noticed there is a huge space inside.The housing is maybe 2"ID x 4" tall and the spindle is around 1/2". So it would take a whole bunch of grease in each assembly.So I got a 1/2" pvc section and put it inside a 3/4" pvc section and put that around the spindle.It is not a tight fit on the spindle but the pvc's are tight.Cut the pvc's short enough not to block the inlet hole.This takes up about 1/2 of the space inside.Now I wont be wasting tons of grease.Aluminum and steel have a way of reacting badly with each other, making the bolt difficult to get out,so I used anti seize grease upon assembly of the new parts.Bearings are notorious for failing on a lawn tractor, because of sealed bearings.BTW...I did this back in the summer. (lots of free time today)Be safe out there!

Was installed on a Husqvarna 54" mower deck ... came with all new hardware .. just like the picture ... the price was much cheaper than local Husqvarna mower shop
