SockStar Sock Clips - Colorful Basic Line Family Pack (20 Clips)

Work decently in keeping socks together, but they do appear to be stretching the socks a bit. I've mainly used them at the top of socks (open end), but since they hold the worn - and therefore stretched out - socks in place, the socks are not able to shrink back during wash / drying & retain elasticity as long. However, the clips are keeping socks together almost 100% of the time - so yes, they fulfill the promised function quite well. And I've used them on regular dress socks as well as men's athletic socks.

These simply don’t work unless you put the toe ends of the socks into them. They do stay in place through the wash and dryer cycles. You can use them to hang socks in the closet. I have had one that broke. For what you get, I think they are rather expensive but I have used mine for nearly a year.

I ordered these after reading about them on a thread for a money saving parenting blog. They would be great for an adult with just a few pair of socks. I purchased these for my kindergarten girls socks. She has 20-30 pair, so the big clips, on her little socks, are just a little ridiculous looking, and they take up a ton of room in her drawer. It's a great idea, it just doesn't work in my life.

I have been using these sock clips for a year now and they are the best available from my experience. I have tried several versions of the "pull-through" sock keepers. These SockStar clips are much easier to use and the most durable I have found. Once you master the technique used to put them on, you will put all your other sockkeepers in the yard sale box and order more of these!

A relative in Europe sent these clips a few years ago where they're better known than here. I was happy to learn that they're also available here and ordered them for a friend. These clips hold up well to the agitation of the wash machine and the tumbling in the dryer since they're made of sturdy plastic. They're much better quality than some other ones on the market. I usually wash 7 pairs of dark socks at one time and I no longer have to waste time trying to match individual socks after they come out of the dryer. These clips do it all for me.

At first I wasn't sure if these would hold my socks very well since after every wash I would a couple of pairs that would come loose. I soon found the trick is to ensure the socks are pushed up all the way into the slot and pushing the middle piece through the clamped socks to lock them into place. Since doing this, I have had no socks come loose.

I ordered 2 boxes of these in an attempt to make sorting socks easier... at first I put one sock in each slot...they did not stay through washing and drying...still had to sort...then I put 2 socks in each slot and they still did not stay. Guess I will sort socks...they also clunk in dryer.

No longer loosing my socks. I use this both on thick socks and they go through the dryer no issue. I have noticed that if they are particularly thick they may warp a tiny bit due to the the heat of the dryer but they seem to gave to original shape. So far so good.

Und wenn das Netz gefüllt ist, wandert es in die Maschine und erfährt ein wohltuendes, reinigendes Bad. Und der Abschluss ist ein Freudenfest: Die Socken werden in Sekundenschnelle paarweise an den Paarungshelfern (Welch ein Wort!) aufgehängt, und schick is' ...Diese bunten Plastikteile schenken mir ab jetzt Jahre an Lebensqualität, die ich nicht mehr mit dem Zusammensuchen von Socken verplempern muss.Suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper! Absolutes must-have!

Ces pinces sont très pratiques puisqu'elles permettent de ne plus égarer les chaussettes et de ne plus avoir d'orpheline dans le panier à linge.On pince la paire de chaussette lorsqu'on la met dans le panier à linge (au sale), on met dans la machine, on étend tel quel et on range dans les placards, plus de manipulations inutiles on y touche une fois pour les mettre au sale et on y retouche une autre fois pour les remettre à nouveau toutes propres à ses pieds, astucieux !Les chaussettes ne bougent pas et ne se décrochent pas au lavage, il est précisé dans la notice de les mettre dans un filet de lavage mais pour ma part je ne l'ai pas fait (un peu mon côté rebelle) et ça marche.Je ne sais pas si c'est parce que c'est qu'elles sont neuves mais pour le moment elles sont un peu fermes et il est donc difficile pour un petit enfant de les accrocher lui même dans la pince mais en s'exerçant un peu, le mien de 8 ans y est arrivé.Je recommande à toutes celles qui en ont assez de manipulez quinze mille fois les chaussettes qu'on met un temps fou à trier et à étendre sur l'étendoir à linge.

Nach einigen schlechten Bewertungen die ich hier gelesen habe, habe ich mir den Sockstar mit gemischten Gefühlen bestellt. Aber gleich nach der ersten Wäsche und der anschließenden Zeitersparnis habe ich mich gefragt warum ich mit den Sockstar nicht schon viel eher bestellt habe. Super praktische Erfindung, einfache Handhabung und enorme Zeitersparnis.Sicherlich macht jeder seine eigenen Erfahrungen mit verschiedensten Produkten, allerdings wenn man sich die Beschreibung auf der Verpackung durchliest hat man auch keine Probleme.Dort steht geschrieben das man den Sockstar in ein WÄSCHENETZ legen soll und wenn diese irgendwann mal kaputt gehen habe ich keine Plastikreste in der Maschine sondern nur im Wäschenetz.
