Q: Does this have an odor like roma plastilina?

No, this is a non sulfur clay, so it doesn't have that same strong odor Roma does. It's not odorless either, but you'd have to be pretty close to the clay to smell anything and even then it just smells like, well, clay.

Q: Is there a way to cure it when you're done sculpting?

no, it's permanently pliable, you have to make a mold from your model and then cast a permanent piece using a suitable medium

Q: how many pounds in a quarter case of Chavant MSP medium modeling clay @ 59.40?

10 lbs. A quarter case is 5 units, 2 lbs each.

Q: The last water base clay i used dried out (cracked ) and fell apart .will nsp solve that problem? i'm trying to sculpt a full size hand.

This is not a water based clay. It is oil based meaning you cannot bake it, it will just melt.
