Not with my bluetooth speakers
This doesn't work with my bluetooth speakers. The audio appears about 3-5 seconds after I speak. Worthless. I'm returning it.

The device is commendable.
I liked it's performance potential, even though I discovered I didn’t really need it as my hearing proved adequate without the additional microphone.

doesnt work very well
it was easy to pair with my Shokz bone conducting headphones. Unfortunately, when the speaker is clipped onto a person, it picks up the sound of cloth rubbing more than it does the voice. a person must speak directly into the microphone as it will not pick up voices more than a foot away. I had a surf link microphone that worked very well, but it cost 4 times as much, but after 5 years of use no longer holds a charge for very long.

Works well but not noise cancelling
Although no directions were included to let me know that I needed to place side button to B to connect to bluetooth, set up was otherwise intuitive and easy. Voice recognition in ipad 5 mini was excellent with "normal" or low backround noise . However, when trying to record in a noisy environment with people speaking nearby ,while overhead music was playing, it failed.

Don’t waste your time or money
I should have listened to many of the reviews. Out of the box, this device simply doesn’t deliver what it promised. Saying it works via Bluetooth connection is laughable. Yes, it will send your voice to a speaker, but at a leisurely 1 full second delay. If the speaker is within 2 feet, faced away from you, the feedback is awful. Get more than 5 feet away and it loses Bluetooth connection.

A Great Bluetooth Microphone
This bluetooth microphone was exactly what I needed. It connected easily with my bluetooth speaker. The sound was clear, and the volume was easily adjusted. It was loud enough to be heard from a distance. For the clearest sound the microphone had to be at least 20 feet from the speaker. It clipped to your shirt to leave your hands free for paperwork or writing. It was portable so it could be used in many different locations. I would definitely buy it again, and would recommend it to anyone who needed a portable sound system.

Works Sporadically
I am a pastor trying to do Facebook Live for worship services during the pandemic. My smart phone is at a distance from the pulpit, and the smart phone mic doesn't pick up the sound from the sanctuary speakers very well. I was hoping that a Bluetooth mic would connect my voice directly to my smart phone. The Alead Nolan Mic was not consistent or dependable for the purpose.
