CASE WORKS GOOD A- ID STICK WITH THIS CASE FOREVER BUTTTTT THE KICK STAND FEELS CHEAP IT SHOULD BE METAL NOT PLASTIC BUT OTHER THAT ITS A- WICH is a good grade it would be A+ but the kick stand feels cheap but i didnt buy it for the kick stand lol i bought it for the protection lol if u want a good kick stand n not good protection this isnt the 1 for u if u want a bad ass case with a ok kick stand then this is for u i aint saying its gonna break or anything just feels a lil cheap make ones with metal kick stands and charge a lil more

The product received matched the description perfectly!! I've used this same model of case for the last 3 phones. A note8, note10+ and now my note 20 ultra. Throught the years this exact style of case does about 9 out of 10. Out of all the hundreds of drops it's only let my phones back glass crack once!!! (It was a pretty far drop from my sweatshirt pocket off of a ladder, maybe 8ft)The kick stand is perfect for me and my uses, even holds the phone up on a mattress as I lay in bed at night.The material has a good finish that your fingers can grip real well and it doesn't slide out of your hands BUT it slides into a pocket withouthout a fight!!!Fitment on the phone is flawless it protects my phone but allows me to use my screen unabridged!!

Pros: Case is durable and of a high quality design. Perfect mix of low profile and durability. Snaps right onto the phone with no resistance. Button presses feel great. Cutouts on the bottom line up perfectly with ports and stylus. Edges are tight.Con: The kickstand feels cheap. For how small it is, it should've been made out of aluminum. Instead, it's a thin, albeit surprisingly sturdy, plastic or ABS. It is very loose after unlocking, so you'll want to avoid accidentally bumping the phone from the side, otherwise it'll likely fall over. Too much top pressure when in use is almost certain to snap it off.

I bought this and the spigen liquid case (more flexible case)Out of the package and looking at both...this one here is easily looking like the better protection.Second I put this case on I was like ooOOOOoOOOO very nice!. First thing I noticed was the back of my note 20 ultra was now completely flush and even, camera is even with the back and the back of the phone is all the same height now.For anyone that uses your "home" "back" "recal" buttons as "slide up" instead of visible buttons, this case allows for that fine. Better then my last case if anything.One feature I think I'll end up really enjoying, is the power button and volume buttons. I can FINALLY fell the difference between the buttons. If your like me, you are constantly hitting your power button when trying to lower the volume....NOT ANYMORE! :) there is no way you can mistake the power button, and the volume buttons are slightly farther out then the power button, power is almost "recessed". Very nice.One thing I see that I'm not liking too much is how smooth the back of the case is. I have no problems gripping the phone and it doesn't slide out of my hand or anything like that, it's very easy to hold and grips to your natural skin great.My problem is very unique and specific case.In a moving vehicle (not the driver) and the only place to put my phone is on my thigh/knee. First the uktra note 20 is ginormous and is like putting a tablet on your leg. But since the back of this phone is slippery, expect when being held by your hand, this thing falls right to the ground. Does not grip my jeans at all. Also if you wear gloves, this thing would probably be like grabbing a block of ice and trying to hold that, would be all over the place.I was a little worried about the button cutouts. They looked "different" then what I previously had and looked kind of wierd if I'm honest. I was afraid it was a noticeable cutout that would be annoying, but it looks completely normal and looks/feels fine. So safe there.Pros : camera flush (even with protector)Feels sturdy and snugLooks nicePower and volume buttons++++Ease of "swipe up" from button bar.Cons: slightly slipperyCould do without the cheap kickstand. It's not in the way and I guess a cheap one is better then not having one. Doesn't help me so far, as you get pretty used to propping up a tablet sized phone lol.Overall, super happy with this purchase. And will be giving this case a try for a while. Will update if any problems arise.

I really like this case! It's attractive and has good texture to provide a firm grip. I've actually dropped the phone and it did what it's supposed to do; not a scratch. The edges are raised just enough to protect the screen and camera lens without adding a lot of bulk or weight. Only negative I can think of is it doesn't have a kickstand.

Easy slip on and slip off for cleaning. Durable as hell. It's hit the ground many times, a couple of times fairly hard. One time it fell, the plastic inner bezel around the camera lenses broke off. With the exception of scratches, that's the only damage this thing has sustained. My only regret was not finding a screen protector to go with it. Screen hasn't cracked, but one of the drops caused a small dead-zone where the pixels no longer light up.
