What this really does is weaken all of your side abdominal muscles to the point where they are not being used at all. Because they are supported by a belt that only needs to be used in the last two weeks leading up to a bodybuilding competition when you are already shredded to the bone and are trying absolutely everything to dry out and shape your abs. Avoid extended periods of moisture in enclosed spaces to prevent bacterial growth. For a deeper clean, let Trimmer Cleaning Spray sit for 5 minutes on Trimmer before you wipe it clean. You can still achieve a deep clean without the spray by placing the trimmer in warm water with light detergent. Swish it around and use a rag to gently clean the inside of any residue. I'm 5'2 and 145 pounds, I ordered the medium and it was huge, sent it back and got the small and fits much better. The medium wrapped around me way too far so I was unable to get it tight. Needs to be tight to get the sweat!
