It did take a few days of being removed from the vacuum packing for the pillows to get to full size and firmness, but after that they do feel quite nice. They are not "fluffy" like other common filled pillows, or too firm like shredded memory foam. Rather they are of an in between height while retaining shape and firmness better than other filled pillows I have tried. The quilted cover is pretty nice too. Will update with long term notes if anything changes.4 month update:4 months in, and I am not finding that this pillow "deflates" the way that the previous ones I was using. It retains firmness very well and can be fluffed back into shape. The initial rigid firmness has softened up a bit though, but personally I still find it more worthwhile than the other options I have tried. All in all, highly recommended.

It has become extremely fluffy and big when removed from the cover. Just not comfortable for elderly people. I got it for my mom and dad. When I chose to return,I realised that we had to courier it back to the seller. Not sure how I'm going to do this. As the pillows came in a compressed mode. Now in it's original big fluffy form ,the packing materials do not fit in and shipping charges are going to be high. Smart seller ... That is why he chose to send it in a compressed form.

New review after 5 month use. They are relatively flattened but still good but that happen with any pillow, still they are good but the fluffiness has decreased to half than previous....6 neck pain is almost same.. Old review at the time of buying. I myself Doctor,general surgeon. I have problem in my neck from last 1 and half year. Multiple trigger points in neck, trapezitis. Tried so many different physiotherapy, acupuncture and excersice for neck. I got much relief by it. But after using this pillow, I felt that my neck pain has reduced more. I tried to stop physiotherapy and neck exercise and only slept on this pillow for about 4 days. But it didn't work well. If I don't exercise, my neck pain remain dormant for approx 4 hours after awakening after using this pillow only, After that pain started again. If I exercise only which I used to do for last 1 yr,I felt relief whole day but not at night as my pillow was not proper. But after combining EXCERCISE and this pillow for sleep I could pass the almost whole day with minimum pain in neck as well as minimum pain in night too... So both exercise and proper sleep position is needed.

I purchased this pillow after reading all review and was happy that finally I got what I want... But just in a month the pillow become so thin like any other cheap pillow.... It's now very discomfort while sleeping... 400 gsm pillow never expected this much of degrading quality... So upset for my purchase investing this much amount still recieve the bad quality products... I wish the seller cud help me out to take this product back and send me the genuine product so that I can a give them 5 star. Thanks

Product was satisfactory but got damaged product... I will give 5 star for quality but '0' star for damage product shipment... Totally upest the pillow zip was broken..... There is no available option for replacement and return also have lengthy process ...1 pillow money wasted 399rs... Please improve zip quality... if there is any possible please help to replace my product

Go for this blindly. These pillows are beautiful. Only a few points to consider.1. Do not use them if you have spondalitis. In fact, your doc might advise you to use no pilow.2. Please do not give these to very old people.I has a continuous ache on my neck before using these pillows. Noe I sleep well. I ordered 5 for more savings. Go for it. It's the best you will find.

It’s a fluffy pillow with quite a rise so I feel my throat squished & had to take it away from below my neck in an hour . Although, neck doesn’t aches in the morning but then I find breathing harder while using it so I never been able to use it for long. I feel had it been bit less in height , it would have been perfect.
