Technopriests Supreme Collection Review
Before this came out, I was so close to getting the slip-case version. However, with the price, I had to wait for this edition. Though I love The Incal and Metabarons, this is my favorite story by Jodorowsky. The character variety is so vast, and the struggles and triumphs are so great, I was glued to the book. Even though I wanted it to keep going, I had to polish it off as quickly as I could so that I could find out how it ended. The story is one of good versus evil, and uses a lot of religious symbolism and mythology. It also seems to tell a story, at times, where the reader sees the problems and corruption that can occur due to society's dependence on technology. As for the artwork, Janjetov does an incredible job. The scale and detail in his work is outstanding. The inking job only makes his work even better, as does the paper quality of the book.As for the book's presentation, Humanoid has made another outstanding hardcover. It has a great sewn binding, book mark ribbon, and excellent paper. I do wish the print size was bigger, however, it does not hurt the final product. If you like sci-fi stories, with interesting characters and deep, flushed out story telling, buy this book. It is the best Jodorowsky book I have read, and is in my top five favorite graphic novels of all time.

This is how new myths born.
Jodorowsky writes origins with the intensity of mythologies, and with good reason as the Technopriests are an Order of a future whose influence covers a human empire across galaxies. It is the same universe where the Metabarons exist if you are familiar with them.As in mythologies tend to be origins come from the strife of a violent act that precludes a destiny that supersedes revenges and spans generations. I would get when possible the next volumes and consider it a very recommendable story.

5 stars for the story, and 3 stars for the artwork. I guess I've been spoiled by Moebius and The Incal. I love these Jodorowsky graphic novels and I can't get enough of them.

This is a pretty amazing science fiction novel that happens to be a comic. The consistency of the artwork and tone through out the lengthy graphic novel is very impressive. The artwork's design and look is perfect for the series, it is masterfully done. The story reminds me almost of Dickens novel, except set in the far future in how it follows the Albino through his life.

End of the line
A fantastic end to Jodorowsky's saga, and all collected in a single volume. The Technopriests is well bound and is a similar size to The Incal and The Metabarons collections by Humaniods. This is another great story with excellent artwork throughout. The art wraps around the cover and there is no dustjacket included with this volume. This marks the end of the Jodorowsky saga (so far) and as far as I am aware at the time of this review the reading order is thus;Castaka - Metabarons GenesisThe MetabaronsBefore IncalThe IncalAfter IncalThe TechnopriestsThe Technopriests is a great buy for any Science Fiction and/or comic fan and I highly recommend it if you enjoy a good story well told.

Honestly I didn't really get it, seems a bit preachy and the 'videogame' designed in it is just a moronic idea.
