I don’t like having to find plug in my house to use a glue gun, so I was searched up cordless glue gun and there it was!I use this so often now instead of just for crafts. I am always taking it out to glue the toys my toddlers would break. I took it out to glue wreath flowers that fell off. My husband, who has never touched a glue gun in his life even took it to glue the wooden flower bed.I love that the glue doesn’t drip when it’s on standby. The glue stick also lasts a great while because the glue isn’t dripping out and wasting it. It heats up fast too and has the light indicator to let you know when it’s hot.I love this so much that I ordered one for my crafty sister as a Christmas gift. I just wish it came in more colorful colors aside from gray.

It's the best wireless hot glue gun I've ever tried. I have already used many hot glue guns but they all have a problem. Some take time to heat, others heat a lot, or do not stop liquidating glue. This gun heats very fast, does not paste and the glue always came out hot It heats up very fast, it does not pega and the paste always came out hot.

I’ve been using glue guns since they first hit the market. I’ve seen the best and worst in glue guns and glue sticks. My present glue gun is over 10 years old and still going, but I know it’s days are numbered. As one ages, your hands cramp especially with weighted objects and glue guns are tricky, you need to be careful with unsteady hands. The 12” glue sticks are tricky to balance in small glue guns and the smaller sticks go quickly on large projects such as wreaths or upholstery.The Genesis All Purpose 6 inch Clear Glue Sticks are exactly the right size to balance in glue gun elevating strain on hand. I had more control and less accidental glue dripping, especially on myself.

I bought this mainly because I already own 2 of Genesis other 8v battery systems, their Screwdriver and rotary tool. I like it when I can use the same battery on all the same tools. I did buy an extra battery. It heats up in about 10-15 seconds and is ready to use. This uses the standard 7/16in. glue sticks, buy-able anywhere and can use 4 to 10in. long stick, I would personally stay with the 4 to 6in. long sticks. It does come with 6 - 6in. sticks to get you started. Charging the battery takes about 2-4 hours, so if you plan on doing large projects, I would suggest buying for $10 Genesis extra battery. Has an on/off button, it will self stand with or without battery installed and if it gets knock over while on the powered up the tip is far enough off the ground while laying over not to burn something. There is a red light that comes on when you power it up, no light to tell when its ready.

I'm browsing to find a replacement for this bc it's ABSOLUTE JUNK!!! I've recently gone back to my "1 dollar" mini (Which is a PIA) but an upgrade in comparison to this, so I decided to write a review. This glue gun is a Total POS; It takes FOREVER to fully charge, lasts "MAYBE" 30 MINUTES once it is charged & the most annoying feature... It shuts itself off before you can finish ANY project!!! Seriously, no matter how small the job is or how quickly you should be able to get it done, it takes way too long to complete any task bc you're CONSTANTLY having to turn it back on & wait for it to heat back up?! I honestly can't believe it has such glowing reviews, it's HORRIBLE!

This glue gun heats quickly. Glue gets hot, love the cordless feature . I also bought an extra battery . I have been working on Christmas ornaments this week this glue gun made it a lot easier there isn't a cord that gets it in the way. Love the power off button . When I am done I just press the button to power off and take out the battery.

I've purchased 3-4 of these over the years. As the older batteries and chargers don't work up to par I can interchange. That way I'm never out of a working gun in the middle of a project.

It's convenient but doesn't stay charged long at all.

Just received my glue gun. Had to try it out right away. I absolutely love it. Game changer for my arts and crafts lol. Heats up quickly. I was very worried at first as I did read reviews and the bad ones made me think for a while before purchasing. I heard there is no returns on certain items. Glad I went with my gut and bought it. Not sure if I was suppose to get a stand but mine didnt come with one. Works great. Happy crafters here. 🙂

Great little glue gun for crafts and other projects

Great little glue gun. Only giving it 4 stars because the battery seems to run out very quickly. Wondering if I got a faulty one but can’t seem to contact someone for a replacement.

It is very light it is so helpful with bad hands

I love this glue gun - but sadly, the charger doesn’t secure the battery in place. In order to charge it, we have to hold the batter on the charger while it charges. As you can imagine, it’s an utter waste of time.I’ve tried all kinds of tricks to get the batter to sit tight enough in the charger to hold the battery in place so it will charge… but it’s an exercise in futility. Such an annoyance! We ordered this for one item, and my husband enjoys building models, so I assumed it may get used occasionally. Was I wrong.Since I purchased this item, I've used it incredibly often. My house has a stucco like material over the brick. I used this clue with some command clips to hang our xmas lights. I've used it to repair dog toys, help with a stripped screw and a myriad of other things.If you don't own a glue gun - this is a great addition for you. If you do and you're looking for another glue gun, this one works well, and accepts long and short glue sticks. It's easy to use and store.
