Best decision I have made in a while
I bought a 2011 Chevy Silverado and only got one key with the truck so instead of paying $30-$50 or even the ridiculous price the dealer wanted to charge for a new key I purchased 2 of these key blanks and had a local key store cut these keys using my original key I already had. Once the keys were cut to my key I looked online and learned how to program them to my truck and that only took about 3 minutes and was very easy to do myself. The keys work perfectly and look identical to my OEM key in every possible way and work just as well too. This is a "no brainer" get this key like I did and have it cut at your local key shop and save yourself a TON of money. The way I programmed my key was to take my original key and put it in the ignition of my truck, turn the key to the on position for about 10 seconds (until all the dash lights go out) then turn the key off and remove it. Take the new key within 30 seconds and put it in the ignition and turn it to the on position for about 10 to 15 seconds, then turn the key off and remove it, BAM! the new key is programed, simple as that! Now you can put the new key in and start your vehicle. Remember you do need to remove the new key after the programming process and then put it back in the ignition for it to start your vehicle.

Worked first try.
Fought to a lock smith who cut a copy easily. Came with instructions that are very easy to follow and seemed at the time almost too easy that I thought it wouldn’t work. Followed the instructions fully and the engine turned over first try. Very happy with this purchase. This was programmed on a 2017 Chevrolet Traverse LT.

Works Great!!! Easy to program
When I received the LockCraft Chevrolet blank I took it to the local hardware store where the older gentleman cut it for me. He wasn't sure that it was going to work so he came out, we tried the key in the doors and it worked great. Then in the ignition, turned it and nothing happened. So here's the awesome part....the working key, put it in the ignition and turn it til the instrument panel lights up, turn it back off, insert the new LockCraft key and turn the ignition....all the instrument lights came on! Turned it off again then reinserted the key and it started right up! Piece of cake!!! I'd recommend this over the dealership (no telling what they want for one) and a leading store I found one for $35. So save yourself some money and time and go with this one!

Works as advertised
Took this to my local Ace Hardware to get it cut. Also, because I had another key, this was easy to program to work, took all of thirty seconds. Works fine, would have given five stars except the key feels very lightweight compared to the oem key, feels like it could break if you twisted too hard.

Worth every penny
Appears to be just as thick and strong as oem key. Works great for me.

PROGRAMS EASILY
WORKED GREAT ! Went to local key shop (chevy said they would no longer make keys unless purchased at their parts store - 10x the cost there!)Programming was as easy in my 2013 Suburban LTZ as first using the existing key to turn on the car (a copy too from last yr) , then while lights are still lit up on dash, turn it off - ,maybe just 1-2 seconds after starting car, just turn it off. THEN immediately insert the newly cut chip key in and start the car. DONE. Left it on for a few seconds and tested it, fine. I bought two extra, so the Second key programmed in a matter of 10 seconds with this simple procedure. .

Poor customer service from Amazingkeys.com
Shipping was great. Had the key immediately cut and followed the programming instructions, which worked perfectly. Locked the truck with Key Fob, then when I open it using this key, the alarm goes off. I put the key in the ignition and the alarm goes right off, this key will start the vehicle fine. This does not happen with the original factory key I called 800-568-5397 and was told to then call 704-849-0500. The guy that answered that line listened and basically said I have no idea what to tell you, you have to call the head guy Joe at 407-674-2872 which I did and left a message. No call backs and repeated attempts only go to voicemail. This key will work for what I need it to do, but it is not a factory replacement. I've tried it a few times over the past week and it keeps the programming and will start the truck, but clearly there is something wrong.
