Some of the predrilled holes didn’t match up from one part to another, and 2 were mildly bent out from the 90 perpendicular that they should have been but overall they have worked well.

Easy to use. Installed a custom shelving unit and they were sturdy and easy to install.

Well made, good looking, just wish they came with dry wall anchors
I have used 8 brackets so far, and am very pleased. Very sturdy and attractive. Only one complaint: I did have to go out and buy plastic anchors to affix them to my dry wall. It seems strange they don't supply them. The screws are fine, just needed the anchors. As I am using them to shelve clothes, I didn't need anything too heavy duty. A pack of anchors (with screws that I didn't need) was about $8! Sigh. I've seen a lot of complaints about the screws. I didn't have a problem with them, but then again, I screwed them into dry wall by hand.
