The eject button had been broken on our Xbox One for a while (was using controller X button to eject), ordered this item for a few bucks and it's working again.Install was relatively easy - the only "trouble" was removing the power button (I used a phillips head screwdriver to grind out the plastic rivet). There is a bunch of glue there and I used WD-40 to clean it all out (you don't need the glue, the button will be snug once you put it back on the posts as long as you don't go all out when grinding out the rivet)Ribbon cable itself was packaged folded in half, in a ziploc w/ a foam insert between the two parts (bit sketchy) but worked fine.Five minutes of labor and a few dollars and our Xbox is fully functional again

I ordered two, I was replacing ribbons on both of my Xboxs. First one worked but the part where the eject button is supposed to be didn't work. The second one worked perfectly. Im still satisfied, just wish the eject button worked.

I repair a lot of older Xbox's and one of the most common problems is a damaged ribbon cable due to someone trying to remove the cover and not realizing this cable is there. This is an excellent replacement and is not as difficult to replace as you might think. This is a recommended product for the original Xbox One. Great deal on a needed item.
