Filters for a product to charge water from water to distilled water. A pitcher to put water in that has a filter unit that water is filtered though and becomes distilled water

They seem to last only 4 weeks. They do not filter out the salt from my tap water. Distilled water is cheaper and is better for my CPAP

So we have ordered these before, many times, without any issues and everything has been fine up until this last set. We opened one, followed instructions and placed it in the pitcher. We tried for HOURS to get it to work as it should, but it would not drain through. Upon further examination it was discovered that the portion that goes over the actual drain in the pitcher had no drainage hole! So we went and tried to process a return for an obviously defective product. There was no easy, or doable way to return it. So we end up with a very expensive filter, that after only a couple purchases is defective, we can't see a way to return a defective product, despite their being a supposed window and the window closed. So we are out the price and usage of what would have been a 3 month filter. Honestly they have been great until they weren't and we are both very disappointed.

Has a few bugs that needed to be worked out. Overall, great addition to my supply needs.Calcium builds up in the unit chamber, I just take a baby bottle brush loosen, then rinse.The filter counter runs non-stop once turned on, so I fill the pitcher, let it run the water through, then turn it off. When I need to run another pitcher of water just repeat.

These filters do a great job, as evidenced by virtually no visible residue when cleaning my cool-mist humidifiers. As for the pitcher system itself, there’s no more need for buying, storing, or disposing of gallon jugs of distilled water; and I am no longer concerned with availability of water or rationing of quantities customers can buy (an intermittent dilemma during the pandemic) from my supermarket or box store. Just fill, wait (usually less than half an hour) and pour. The pitcher automatically keeps track of when to change the filter ( I keep several on hand). It couldn’t be more convenient. Worth every penny.

Product is great I have purchased this brand before but this time around it is not what is advertised shows you received two pieces for the price of purchase and you only get one and it takes almost a month to get it.Website is misleading would not recommend this place to purchase buy elsewhere
