I have been an oil paint artist for over 20 years, you can check my work out on Instagram @poeticbydesign . With the rising cost of oil paints, I thought i would try something new. after reading the reviews i was skeptical, but at the price i though i would try them out. I Usually use M. Graham or Winsor &newton oil paints which can run upwards of $20 a tube depending on the color.I needed a small set to be able to travel with so i don't have to lug around too much supplies.I purchased this set and was happily surprised with the density of the pigment, these paints are of a great quality! i have used them many times now over the last few months and cannot find any flaw. they are well mixed and packed with color pigment. I wish they were sold in larger tubes!!Pro: Artist Quality, Lots of Pigment, Well Mixed, Great Value for your $$,Cons: None...Only wish they came in larger size, like 1.25oz / 37ml. per tube.Over all i highly suggest these oil paints. if your looking for some great quality set BUY THESE!! I am very happy with them, and hope MYARTSCAPE come out with larger size.

I use Gambling, Windsor & Newton, and these. I have been astonished at the quality of the paints, great intensity out of the tube. Personally, I buy this set for the burnt sienna—it’s the best burnt sienna I’ve ever used. I use this particular brand of burnt sienna for my desert landscapes. It possesses a quality I’ve not found in any other brands of burnt sienna. It’s also excellent as a red base to mix for flesh tones (portraits). Vermillion is a great catch in this set, too.

For the price it works

These are really good quality paints for the price! I bought them since I couldn't afford full size tubes just yet but needed to start painting. They lasted me for quite a while longer than I expected and mixed and looked very well. The colors were vibrant and the same or similar shades as comparable name brands, making it easier to shift between the two. Also a really good kit to get for starters or painters who use smaller canvases!

I was apprehensive about buying these oil colors because I am in the middle of a painting and hoped the hues would be the same as my Grumbacher paints. These colors are excellent! I will definitely buy them again!

Very thin and transparent . Not very deep in color .

These oil paints are working fantastic for me without the huge expense. As a beginner I didn't want to spend a lot on paints without knowing I'd keep painting with oils so these are fitting the bill perfectly. They mix well. There's no clumpiness or other issues. I'm very pleased with these paints.

I'm new to oil painting and I think these paints are fantastic for people who are just being introduced to oils. They definitely aren't professional quality, but they aren't awful quality either. They're worth their price and I would definitely recommend these paints to those who are new to oil painting and don't want to break the bank with professional paints.
