Good product
We used these when my daughter was a newborn and had gas issues. Combined with their gas drops, they helped make her a bit more comfortable. Four stars because the dropper was a bit difficult for me to use.

One of the best I tried. Easy to use. Make sure to read the instructions before used as once opened is has to be discharge after 28 days or so because lose it efficiency.

Give it time...
My little one suffered with gas and acid reflux, enough to spit up gas drops. We started putting 6 drops a day in a bottle (breast milk) and we didn't notice a instant change, but noticed that it got better the longer we used it! I suggest giving it at least 2 weeks before giving up. Also, I didn't have the problem with it being too thick that others had and this is our second bottle. When we got to the bottom, we had to take the rubber stopper out to get the rest.
