Forget the others…Buy this machine!
I purchased this bread machine after I lost the kneading paddle for an older machine. This bread machine is amazing. The customer service is exceptional and I will be buying additional units for Christmas gifts. The recipe book and user guide are well written and the variety of recipes will suit every need. The machine is well built and easy to use. The first loaf I baked turned out perfect the first time and tasted great. The multiple-functions including the home made selection gives me ultimate flexibility on baking a perfect loaf! I am anxious to try the jam setting! If you are on the fence to purchase this machine, I can assure you that this machine is a great value for the price!

Great Machine!!
Purchasing a bread machine just makes sense! It’s so simple to use and will save so much money in the long run. I purchase this machine as a way to create my own bread items instead of spending so much money in the store especially for sandwich bread that we go through pretty quickly. I love that they have an online library for recipes and the warranty. Also included the measuring cups which makes making bread convenient. Putting together the ingredients is a snap. This machine is a game changer! The bread came it perfect! I’ve all made bagels using it and they taste amazing. Can’t wait to make other recipes with it!

The BEST in Bread makers!
I absolutely love my new bread machine! The detailed recipe book and user manual are thoughtfully written, well printed and professionally assembled. I am convinced every recipe was written and tested for this exact machine! I am super happy with the recipes and the available support for any bread recipe experiments anyone may want to try using this machine! The 82% 5-star reviews and the Christmas-time sale price were deciding factors for my purchase, but as I was opening the shipping box, I was sure that I had made the right decision. Everything was well packaged and my machine is in pristine condition. Very nice touches included the 3 measuring cups, the 3 tbsp/tsp combination measuring devices amongst other goodies! A few years ago I worked as a baker at an institution that made 350 to 450 loaves of bread every single day of the year, no days off no holidays observed--the bread had to be made! In addition to that, my cookie recipes were for 250 dozen. Seriously! No joke! That is 3000 cookies! Do you have any idea how long it takes to dip out 3000 cookies by hand, using 4 or 5 cm sized ice cream/cookie dough scoops? You are right, forever--so I needed to have at least 3 or 4 helpers. I needed to use 125 cookie sheets. It was 24 cookies per sheet, 48 sheets per tall rack (on wheels)-per oven and I had two, seven foot tall, all glass walled convection ovens, with spinning floors. My recipe called for 99 lbs. of unsifted, unbleached, all purpose, white flour, (mine came in 50 lbs bags, 3 cups of real vanilla, 1 cup & 14 tablespoons of cream of tartar, 1 cup & 14 tablespoons of baking soda, 146 large eggs (the eggs averaged 44 grams each), 45 lbs of granulated sugar, 21 lbs of powdered sugar, 3 gallons and six cups of Wesson cooking oil, and 38 lbs and 4 ounces of real, salted butter. The reason I wrote this to you is this, I learned the need for EXACT measurements in baking. I also, at the same time learned there is a big difference between cooking and baking! But, here is my real point. I am doing a 5 Star + review in which I recommend this bread maker owners invest in a digital food/postage scale to obtain perfect results like I have! The one I own from Amazon with a 4.8-star rating is the Acteck scale, model A-CK65GS. It can do tare weight in grams, ounces and up to 65 lbs. selling for $19.88. An alternative with a 4.6-star rating is the Etekcity EK6015 for $13.99 with a $3 dollar off coupon right now, also being the number 1 best seller in kitchen digital scales on Amazon. In my experience to have the EXACT measurements in wet ingredients and dry ingredients, particularly bread flour, is very important for baking success, and to measure EVERYTHING in grams basically eliminates the errors. Another important factor is temperature control of ingredients! I read every one of the one-star reviews and I came away realizing some folk are not mentally prepared or disciplined to try baking or using a bread machine. Others do not have the right kitchen equipment, utensils or tools, and the rest I attributed to plain operator error with no one available on the spot to point out what mistakes they just made. This is a most excellent machine, and the customer service is second to none!

Great Product with Excellent Operators Manual and Recipe Book
Update after30 Days: I am becoming more impressed as time goes by. In addition to flawless production of three recipes out of their recipe book, I sent KitchenArm a banana bread recipe I downloaded from the internet, and they made minor changes to simplify and customize it for their machine. It ran great. Just for grins, I also ran the recipe unchanged from the internet. It also produced a good looking loaf, but was a little bit less moist. I conclude from that, KitchenArm knows what they are doing and their machine is user friendly. Their free recipe customization service is great! To top it off, Tony from KitchenArm emailed me about a week later asking how well their customization worked.I have now traded a few emails with Tony asking questions, and he gives me detailed answers. For instance, I asked why I should shred instead of melt the butter and found out melted butter can have a saponification reaction with baking powder and baking soda. I doubt you get that kind of customer service from any other bread machine company. He is teaching me the why’s in addition to the how’s.****************I did weeks of online research reading literally hundreds of user reviews before choosing the Kitchenarm. This machine had the lowest percentage of one-star (3%) and one of the highest percentage of five-star (81%) reviews on Amazon. I was most impressed by the large number of five-star reviews that cited outstanding personalized customer service. It comes with a thirty day free return or replacement policy and a two year warranty. The same day I ordered the machine, I received an email from Tony Simpson at Kitchnarm thanking me for my order, and he provided a list of suggestions for insuring successful bread baking. I emailed Mr. Simpson a question and received an answer the next day along with Amazon Prime delivery of my machine. The machine comes with a 45 page operators manual, and a 66 page recipe book that contains 77 custom recipes developed specifically for their machine. The yeast containing recipes list ingredient quantities required for 1, 1.5, and 2 lb loaf sizes. They also offer a webpage address where you can submit your own recipe, and they will attempt to customize it for running on their machine. They include step-by-step instructions for each recipe as well as pages of details on machine setup and operation, including trouble shooting. In the package is a sheet with a 2-D barcode you scan with your cell phone that takes you to their warranty registration website. Super easy to register the machine. Interestingly, I read one, 1-star review where the person complained they were returning the machine because it was too complicated. All I can say is, I believe the machine is incredibly easy to operate as long as you read the manual to understand and prevent common mistakes. The company has worked hard to explain how to operate their machine and successfully produce bread. The machine arrived well packaged. It is a good looking machine with a stainless steel and plastic outer case. Included with the machine are two kneading paddles, so you have a spare, and two sets of measuring cups and spoons, so you can measure dry and wet ingredients without cleaning in-between ingredients. I would strongly recommend you invest in a food scale, as accurately measuring quantities of flour and water are critical to your success. I purchased an Etekcity scale that was listed as the #1 best seller on Amazon, and it has been a great addition to my bread making. The sound of the machine kneading the bread is noticeable, as expected, but not objectionable. The machine did not vibrate or move across the counter.Kitchenarm strongly recommends you start out by producing your first loaf using the 1.5 lb plain white bread recipe. I did, and it came out great, except that, as expected, plain white bread doesn't have a lot of flavor. I am looking forward to experimenting with other recipes. My next trials will be rye and banana breads. I am just a beginner, but so far, I am very happy with my purchase.
