Fantastic SW story!
I adore Star Wars and the various novelisations, some are well written and some are not. However this is one I really enjoyed and devoured it in 2 days! I have tried watching all the animated stuff but it’s not my thing so Ahsoka Tano was a bit of an unknown person for me. However I loved this and what a great writer the author is- so much so that I’ve already ordered more of her SW’s books! If you are more familiar with AT then you will really enjoy this book!

Very well structured book
Being completely honest, this is the first book I’ve read in YEARS and I wasn’t left disappointed. I enjoyed it throughout the entire book however there is an odd chapter or two that feels something of the likes of a ‘filler’ episode in a TV series however later on you notice the importance of them episodes later on in the book. Overall the book is a good bridge in between the events of Season 7 of TCW and then SW: Rebels and any Ahsoka fan (like me) will like this book. Happy reading :)

Brilliant !
This is my third canon book read and by far my favourite so far. This is a beautifully written story about a character, whom I came to love watching the clone wars animated series. It gives a brilliant inside to Ahsoka's (Ashla) mindset after abandoning the Jedi order. A perfect bridge between clone wars and rebels. A real page turner and a must read for any true Star Wars fan. This could and should easily fit as an animated film.

A good and nice story
A good and nice story. I get the feeling this was aimed at younger readers. The story is well researched and thought out, it does fill in a few blanks on how and why Ahsoka became Fulcrum. This is a more of a companion book to the Rebels series, I would recommend reading this before watching season 2 of the series, simple as I am hoping a lot of the questions or blanks I have will be filled in there. This is setting up the background to season 1 of Rebels. I am glad a couple of the side characters in this story got their well deserved credit to what will become the rebellion. This is Ahsoka on the run from the Empire as well as looking for a purpose for herself. This story does not start from Ahsoka leaving the Jedi temple. This starts a few years later when Palpatine has set himself as the Emperor, and the few surviving Jedi now know how badly they had been deceived. Now just being Force sensitive is a death sentence at best or possibly an even darker destiny awaiting them. There is no real mention of how Ahsoka survived Order 66, or what she was doing after leaving the order, in the years between the fall of the Republic and the raise of the Empire. I am also not a fan of the extracts dotted around the story jumping back in the past, I would have preferred the past stories together, then the main story moving forward on it's own. This was good book, I think it could have been better, what made this from OK to Good for me was the last battle what I call the main event of the story. I do think that the language was a bit simple, aiming it for younger readers, but I did like the book in general.

Brilliant book
Absolutely loved this book. I'd revisit it again before the ahsoka series comes out. Brilliant guerilla warfare passages and strategy. Builds on ahsoka compassion and grows her character hugely. I loves it

She is no Jedi, but she still rocks!
Following on from the incomplete Clone Wars TV series, this book is an essential for any fan who felt the series ended too abruptly. Ahsoka's character is further fleshed out as she now learns to cope with a galaxy without the Jedi, a galaxy in which she must discover new allies to fight new foes. The story explores Jedi lore, the Empire's sudden rise to power and the various events that have surrounded Ahsoka's life so far as well as serving as an appropriate lead in to the Star Wars Rebels TV series. This novel is one of the essential elements of Disney's new Star Wars canon.

I absolutely loved it! I thought it tied in the two ...
As a Star Wars fan who watched the Clone Wars series and Rebels series, I absolutely loved it! I thought it tied in the two really well, it goes into depth about her time before the Jedi order found her and then what happened when she left the order! Great book but would only recommend to Star Wars fans!
