I Purchased this item as a family Christmas Gift, and if you follow my reviews, you have appreciated that I maintain a non-emotional technical only approach to all my reviews.My rating system has only been 5 and 4 stars, Item works as declared by seller, either extremely well, or well. 3 stars, Item does the basic necessities of what it is supposed to do, but fails on many on its declared features. 2 stars, Item fails all technical operations, and seller has no solution. Requires use of Amazon iron-clad guarantee to force refund.That is what happened here. The dongle supplied with this set to connect with the drum unit is incompatible with the drum unit itself. After emailing seller (several times), seller promised to send to ship new drum and dongle set after we returned original package. We returned package and later Amazon notified us that we had received credit in full (which is not what we wanted, we wanted a drum set)So technically, this does not work, it involves incompatible pieces. Maybe the seller will fix this at a later date and my review will be superseded by more positive experiences of others (I should hope so). But for now, I should say, this is not the way to go.

Not happy with this purchase...item came with missing parts and not a very stable base

Didn't come with any instructions for setup...we have no idea how to set up for our kids...purchased as a Christmas present and unable to play or setup!!!! Very unhappy!!!!
