Great quality
I own a Bernina, for me personally, this has been the best quality thread I have found for my machine! Will continue to buy!

Perfect
As a quilter I have been doing a lot of quilts in earth tone, More masculine overtones. Proper thread helps.

great buy
As a quilter I go thru a lot of thread. This is the 3rd set I have bought. Love the color ranges and these are very reasonable priced.

Fantastic Find
In reading other reviews, this thread gets both raves and rants. Most of the rants (complaints) were from those who don't know/aren't familiar with the qualities of 100% cotton thread. While it can be used for all sorts of things, this thread is meant for QUILTING. Not piecing (it's a bit too thick for a perfect 1/4-inch seam) ... QUILTING. And, it does that beautifully. It isn't shiny because it's NOT meant for machine embroidery, although it is perfect for making free-standing lace designs.I have a long-arm quilting set-up. For years, I used Coats Star Cotton in the bobbin and various polyester or rayon embroidery threads on top. This is an odd combo, but I could never get my tension just right to use cotton in the top without a lot of thread breakage and other problems.I hadn't used my quilting system in quite a while. When I decided to set it up again, I wanted fresh thread, so I gave this stuff a try.WOW. I am so glad I did. It works beautifully in the bobbin and through the needle. I have had almost no breakage, except for that caused by user error. Sure, it produces lint, but that's a common issue with cotton thread. I do not feel that the lint is excessive. If you use cotton thread, it is important to clean out your bobbin area and around the needle ... I do it with every bobbin change.I find that the spools have a good amount of thread. I am current working on a twin size quilt. One spool will work for the closely spaced stipple quilting that I am doing from edge to edge, with enough left over to attach/finish the binding.I like this thread so well that I ordered two more sets of the Salt & Pepper combo within days of my first order/use. I'll collect other colors as I need them.

Great value but sheds a lot
Great value, but sheds a lotSeriously sews great for me, a little on the heavier weight. But be cautious of the shredding, requires frequent cleaning of your sewing machine

Love this thread!
For starters I am NOT a thread snob. I usually buy what is cheap and easy to get.So a few years ago I bought this thread, and then ended up putting it in my sewing room never to see again. Now we are making masks from our stashes, including thread, and I finished all the thread I had gotten in to using as my standard, and found this thread.I thought it looked funny, and wouldn't work with my machine well. But I was wrong. It is a CRAZY long spool of thread. I had been changing my spool every day or so with my old preferred brand, and this one I have been using for over 2 weeks. but it is small enough to use in my machine which doesn't work with larger spools or cones. That is a huge plus for me.It also seems to not make as much dust, another big plus. But why I LOVE it is my new machine is rough on thread, it is constantly breaking, and my old go-to thread actually broke the threader, and would constantly break and need to be rethreaded. This thread only has broken a few times. Which for the machine is HUGE.Also the thread tends to not skip stitches as much as other thread in the machine, and it lays beautifully when stitching.I have never been a thread snob, but I am thinking Connecting Threads will become my go-to thread from now on

Good quality!
Love the color scheme of the packs they gave. The quality of the cotton is great. I don’t use it in sewing though. I micro crochet with it. The twisting on the thread is perfect. So, for me, it works wonderfully.

Colors sold me on this thread. Sturdiness is not bad throws a bit of lint. Good value for price!
Colors are perfect and weight and sturdiness of this thread I’d great. Does have a fair amount of lint but it’s worth the pay off to get these colors. Great value for money.

Great threads for great price
Beautiful colours! I almost finished the cream spool but it didn't break even once. I already bought a few more on their own website, and I will buy some again in the future.
