I like these, my hair is white/grey and they give it a smoother look. I did mention i was using them to my hairdresser & she advised not to use all the time, just once a week as prolonged use may give a purple tinge!!! Who knows, but i’m taking her advice as definitely not ready for a blue rinse yet!

I have used this particular "blue" shampoo and conditioner for years and wouldn't use any other brand. Not only is it good for counteracting any "yellow" but it is a great quality shampoo and conditioner. The conditioner is particularly effective. One is supposed to leave it on the hair for 4 minutes, but leaving the shampoo and then the conditioner on for 2 minutes each is enough, I think. It works for me that way, anyway! really highly recommend. It is a lot cheaper than other blue shampoos, too - a very important factor in today's financial climate.
