Works on security gates
Community uses this as their gate opener.Swapped the dip switches to the configuration of the one they provided for free when I moved in.Opened the gate, so it works as intended; although probably not as the property managers intended.

Won’t sync up with garage door opener
This opener requires you to manually set the buttons to match another opener. You can’t sync it with a GDO.
