Being an avid ice fisherman this was so handy to have because it is telescoping AND being Steele and I use a portable fish house I can put my lantern in it and hang from the top of my ice house during night fishing

I've been ice fishing several times this winter and this skimmer is the best! The telescoping handle means no more bending over to scoop out ice accumulation and the many holes lets the water run through easily. Quality product, very well made.

Good skimmer. But be careful. The metal edges are sharp as a knife. I slipped and fell on the edge. Sliced up my thumb pretty good. Now I have to think of a better story for the scar than what actually happened.

Love this thing. I can extend it and scoop my hole without getting out of my chair or while standing up, and it collapses down to fit in the sled.It's all metal, and seems well built enough to last several seasons, unlike the cheap ones.

Used this thing while hole hopping in northern Ontario. Worked perfect to clear my holes and I didn't have to bend over which was nice.

I highly recommend this skimmer for your next ice fishing trip. It is very well built, sturdy, and the reach is so long you don’t have to leave your chair/stool.

Been in use on three outings so far. No issues yet. Nice extension length and solid construction.
