I had another dual monitor mount earlier and realized I should have taken more care at reading the listings and looking at the pictures because the two monitors could not be adjusted separately and never aligned properly because the VESA holes were in different positions. This takes care of that issue perfectly--each arm moves independently. Putting it together isn't SUPER easy for one person but it's more than possible with patience. At the moment, the gas adjustment system is working well. You can't necessarily move the monitors up and down or angle them precisely on the fly because you really should keep the arms tight, but folding them in and out or otherwise swinging them is still very easy to do and I finally have two monitors that align perfectly.Fingers crossed that this lasts me a good long time.

I am fortunate enough to work from home in 2020. To make the home office as ergonomical and productive as the conventional office, I have enhanced the essentials - keyboard, trackball, wrist rest, desk lamp, etc.... Still, somehow, something was missing.... Well, my old desk is not height adjustable causing some discomfort after long hours of work. I always wanted to install either height adjustable desk legs or monitor mount system, but its price tag was very high back then.... Now, it's relatively more affordable and accessible...Pros: relatively easy to assemble. But ne aware... Its assembly is not like IKEA desk assembly - a lot of trial and error to find the perfect setup for "your requirements"... Fortunately, instructions are very helpful to setup this mostly without any pain. Thanks to the strong hydraulic spring loaded arm, I could bring my 14+ years old very heavy 21inch monitor back in action (portrait mode) - good for doc reading (very strange to read docs in book mode, only scroll down works for me)... I have added the laptop mount tray for video conference call setup - in this way, video conferencing is more natural... I can easily swing, elevate, rotate, angle the monitor or laptop to meet my needs...Cons: it does not have a counter balance weight included. If you want to extend one monitor to far out, the center pole might lean towards the extension - my setup is one with 15inch laptop extended for swing/up&down and the other with heavy old first gen LCD monitor in portrait mode... If you have two same size monitors, you may not have this problem. Provided washers are wrong size... Well, technically, it might be the right size, but for my monitor VEAS mount screw size, it was way big. I have used my other washers instead - no deal breaker...Overall, I love my purchase of this dual monitor mount stand...Stay safe and positive!!!

Overall, I really like this dual monitor stand. It was easy to install and adjust, and it's holding my 27" and 21" monitors pretty well. The problem, for me, is that the tilt mechanism is kind of awful. First of all, you should know that this isn't a variable tilt. You figure out the tilt you want, and then you tighten down a hex bolt to keep it at that tilt (theoretically) forever. During the install, I realized that after I tightened the hex bolt down, there was a little bit of play. So I lifted the monitors above the tilt I wanted, tightened the bolt, and everything seemed fine.For two days.While my 21" monitors fine, my 27" model has noticeably sagged down. I loosened everything (included the security bolt that attaches to the vesa plate), and I'm still getting a surprising amount of tilt.That said, I'm not seeing a lot of people with similar reviews, so I guess it's possible the tilt mechanism one of my units is just a little sloppy. Ultimately, I fixed the problem by raising the tilt way above where I wanted and letting the unit settle until I could adjust the height up to where the viewing angle was where I wanted it.Overall, this a great desk space saver. The tension in the arms feels great. The cable management is sufficient and the clamp arm seems rock solid.

This stand was very easy to setup and worked great. I'm using two 27" monitors and they are held by this stand with no issues. As others have noted, you will need to make sure your desk is a few inches away from the wall so you can move the monitors to where you need them. I have no issues recommending this product, and even more so, this company to someone. About 2 months after purchasing one arm started to sag and despite tightening it per directions, it didn't help. I contacted MOUNTUP through Amazon and they emailed me back in a few hours. After sending a picture of the issue, they immediately sent a new arm to replace the broken one. The time from contacting customer support to receiving a replacement arm was 5 days...amazing! While the product is great, the customer support is even better!

This is the second one of these stands I purchased. The first one, I had to totally assemble the entire thing. That one it took about an hour to assemble. This latest stand (same model, I used purchase again since I wanted identical stands), came mostly assembled. There are three screws to attach the pole to the base mount and eight (four for each monitor) to attach the back plates to the monitors. It took, from opening the box to completely done, stand mounted to my desk and monitors on the stand and turn on, less than ten minutes. By the way, all tools need are supplied. The stands are extremal well made and holds my 27" monitors with ease. Each arm has a built in wire management to run power, video cable and speak wire (if needed) to the monitors without having wires just hanging, give it a very clean look, once setup. So, Yes, FIVE stars all the way for this stand.

Easy to put together. Works perfect with 27" monitors. Very happy with this product.

It will do the job. Adjustments are not sensitive. Older 27in monitor tends to sag due to weight. New,lighter, monitor does not have this issue. Everything feels secure though.
