These are definitely iodine. When i use too much my thyroid let’s me know, it gets definite sensations and tightness. Therefore i don’t use it daily as they can be somewhat strong. I would definitely start out with one drop a day and go from there. Adjust as needed.

I was really impressed by the size quantity for the price and the dark bottle protects its quality. Included with an eyedropper I would purchase from the seller again.

Quality product!

First of all the reason I purchased this was that I have a underactive thyroid and my thyroid meds just didn't seem to work that good but my tests showed my levels were normal so I decided to give this a try. I have been using this for a month or so and it's really easy to take you only need 3 drops of it in a bottle of water that's how I do it and it has No taste. Since I have been taking it I've noticed that I am feeling better and I have a bit more energy and that may improve since I basically just started taking it. It comes in a big bottle so it's going to last you a while at 3 drops at a time ha ha so it's definitely worth the price. I hope this helps someone. :)

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to with this. This is a great product! I lost 10lbs in a month without even trying, I have an under active Thyroid ( not on meds) I did not change my diet, but when I just happened to weigh one day I was down 10 lbs.

I had high hopes for this supplement and it did seem to give me energy but I started breaking out like crazy all over my face, back, and chest. I stopped taking it 9 days ago and I am STILL breaking out with new, huge zits that are really uncomfortable. I am a 39 year old woman who hasn’t dealt with this in over 20 years, mind you. Otherwise, it was really easy to take with no flavor whatsoever and I’m disappointed it didn’t work out for me.
