Did not work, kept stopping after a few moments saying ‘Abnormal Main Brush’. Exchanged and got the same error code with the other one. Tried to call and email customer service with no response.

I’ve enjoyed this vac for a while now, but needing to order replacement filters and can’t find them ANYWHERE!

Charged all night. Runs for a few seconds and stops. Blue/red light then flashes. I will return.

I have yet to determine if it works well because it isn't setting up easily.

This product stinks. It only runs for about twenty minutes, gets stuck on everything that isn’t flat to the wood floor and won’t do carpets or throw rugs.

First, I was completely unable to setup on my phone. My Deebot was so easy compared to this albatross. Second, NO ONE can find replacement parts, and since the filter and brushes are now shot on mine, it's a useless hunk of plastic. DO NOT BUY

I see a lot of people saying it keep saying abnormal brush so mine said it also and kept saying it so I just took the main brush out and it had some stuff wrapped around the metal thing and it has been working ever since great! All you have to do is take out the main brush and clean it and it should be fine!

It’s Ok...it does well on hardwood floors and tile, but malfunctions when on carpet, and my carpet is thin rugs and it still wouldn’t work well on them.
