BSNSpecialist Cast Padding 4" x 4yd, 12/Pack

I like this stuff. It is the only wrap I use. It is sad that I have to wait weeks for this product. ESD is delaying constantly. At eBay i get it for the same price and have to wait 5 days instead of two weeks

I used this when I had a broken arm this winter so I could replace the cotton padding underneath the rigid and molded pieces of my soft cast. Being able to replace the padding weekly was such a blessing, and this made it easy to do at home. It's very soft, comes in rolls, and cuts cleanly. I didn't have any trouble with it pilling up as it rubbed against my skin or the cast supports. My only issue is that this padding comes in a thin paper bag for packaging, and once opened there isn't a way to reseal it to keep the padding clean for future use. Make sure you have a ziploc bag on hand to store the rest of the padding in after opening the paper bag.

Have previously used it for its intended purpose in hospital. I now use it to wrap my mare's lower leg, fetlock area, when I leave her neoprene sports medicine boot on for 2 days, as prevention of fungus. Easier than washing her support boots every day or two.

I love this product. I am having to do a multi layer wrap on a horses leg and this is the best type of cast padding that I’ve found to use.
